I have the same problem with all airplanes, I don't fly the A320.... the only way to get out of it...pressing Y going into slwe mode and coming back. Then I will have power in the plane and no brakes! ARGGGGG! Chemanuel

Hi, after yesterday update now the plane has no power. It remains off no matter what I do. Switch is on as well as the generator, avionics etc... displays are dark. Anybody with this problem? chemanuel

Hi everyone, I received my yoke a couple of days ago. It for 2 days worked perfectly fine, Last night I finished my flight everything ok. . Today I was going to use it and the view was stucked of the right look... Aileron and elevator work fine in Windows but shows ALL the buttons stuck in the ON position and the hihat stuck in the 45 degrees angle. No buttons works. I think the hihat switch went bad... all positions sound with the click and the right 45 when pressed there is no sound.. Any help? Jose

This has been the eternal problem with Xplane since it was created! This was one of the reasons I didn't like it (i use it only for one plane) Now as of Sept, I saw a video on youtube, were its creator accepting the sim has the problem since when it was created. The new more precise yokes didn't exist for us mere mortals at the time:) He is working on an update to fix sim to interpret better the curves and sensitivities of the sim in order to work better with the new yokes. Thanks Ramon, but the serial is from the Carenado website as well as from the email they sent me. No spaces... copy and paste... correct email. Is the same. First time buying from Carenado that this happens. It is very difficult to contact this people. no email, or phones just "support" to submit a request which I already did but no response yet!. It is very depressing to buy a $40.00 plane and then not been able to install it. 😞 Jose

I just purchased this plane. when I'm going to install it, it says that the serial (sent by Carenado) is not valid!. I am using the correct email and the correct (copy and paste) serial. Anybody else with this problem?

Yes, I hate when this sounds are in the code. I am a Sound Engineer myself and have updated many sounds of my aircrafts.

I still use PFPX... I just create the plan and input the info myself! Print, or switch screens or even easier take a photo with my cel phone and use it to create the plan in the fmc... Done! no truncated plan.

First I already opened 2 support tickets since the first one was answered and didn't address my issue. The first one reset my registration therefore that is taken out of the way. The plane started crashing the sim out of the blue, I thought it was the sim until I loaded other aircrafts and everything was fine. I didn't unregistered or reseted anything because I didn't uninstalled it at first. It just stop working. After realizing it was the plane I open the Load Manager and it was blank like a NEW installation BUT there was a different serial number locked in the middle space. It cannot be deleted or erased. I could not find the uninstall (didn't know this is place in the Main Documents folder) I wonder why instead of the maddog folders. I deleted everything and reinstalled it. The problem is the same!. If I put my purchase number and my enable key from the company it gives me a BAD enable key. I can't erase that wrong serial to write mine. I reinstalled the update, surprise! everything is the same. Roaming through the Forum I found out about where the uninstaller is and use it, deleted ALL the folders everywhere. Went to the Registry, deleted everything related to Maddog!... Performed a clean install of the new full update. SURPRISE again! the Load Manager have the wrong serial number and can't be deleted, In order to input my purchase and serial numbers. It don't go to the register stage since the middle serial produces a BAD enable key. I am very frustrated!, I haven't been able to use the plane for over 5 weeks! Again My serial was reset by the company already... therefore this is not the problem. I can't proceed to register since the Load Manager comes after installation with a DIFFERENT, WRONG SERIAL. Any help would be appreciated. What I don't understand is if its a clean install and serial reset by the company... What is going on here? This has become a nightmare! Where in the PC there is a wrong number that the load manager after installation is reading it and sealing it in the blank area where mine is supposed to go? anything new on this?.. Chaseplane worked perfectly on my end with no flashes or anything. I had to reinstall Prepar3d and now it is slow, and with the black flashes... Chemanuel

Andrew, It doesn't work on my Ipad either following the instructions, just like you, following the instructions will create only a link to that ip address with no CDU. I got it working after sweating a lot Install a QR app in the device and scan the code!, Is the only way I can see the CDU. I use to have the links of each CDU in my Ipad, but no longer work. Jose

I've been having the same problems for over a year now. These programs or links doesn't work. Simserver is running, no antivirus, I can see the 3 licenses, the ipad don't connect. Even in my explorer if I open the link, I only see the graphic with no buttons. I downloaded the most recent version of simserver, the ipad says it cannot connect to the server. The ipad is in the same wifi connection as the main computer. Very frustrating, my Virtual Avionics is a complete software and work perfectly. anything else I haven't done? Jose

Huh... I takeoff full tanks, fly about 100 miles, tanks are empty!! Anybody else with this problem? chemanuel

@Ayster: Not sure why everyone is complaining about the demo time, they clearly state in the demo manual that you should get everything ready BEFORE launching fiber accelerator, so basically load it when you're ready to taxi or take off! Exactly! even park at any gate when you start the program you will see the higher frame rate. Read the manual first, start the sim, start FA. no biggy. I tested it, liked it, bought it. For me like 2 minutes was enough, when I saw the increase in frames that was it... Start 1. Sim first then FA. Closing Sim first then FA last. The ticket support works great, I had a problem with my joystick, they responded in less than 24 hours and problem solved, it was a corrupted download... Chemanuel

I got the same problems, However it is a new 3 weeks old Laptop, it worked perfectly fine with windows 8 and ok after the 8.1 upgrade, all of a sudden after 2 weeks BOOM! I got the message. I did not install anything new or uninstalled. I'm baffled :( Chemanuel

I'm having problem with the gates, I have Double gates... I uninstalled the Imaginesim scenery...and install this one... I have search all through my folders, there is nothing for San juan. The scenery loads perfect and then 3 seconds later BOOM all these other gates shows up. This is a great product been my hometown airports TJIG the one next to it...were I learned to fly in the 70"s and San Juan. Great job! I can see even the supermarket sign from the runway exactly where it is... Any help? Chemanuel

Well the T7 IS in the hangar, I really don't like it that much. My favorite, the NGX followed by Dash 8, JF L1011 and yes CS 737-100 and 737-200 nice planes to fly, and about over 40 aircrafts, I use them all! Chemanuel

They will be off in VC, but when you land at your destination they are there iluminating the runway very brightly!. There is a problem here for sure since several flyers are having the same issue. Chemanuel

This subject can be addressed left and right, there are the desktop Captains, the REAL Captains and pilots (like myself, private grounded long ago, health issues) and those who like the powerfull lights like myself or the ones that likes them dim. However real Captains look at them from the cockpit. But as a Television Director and Producer, I have been dealing with Aircraft Landing lights for over 30 years!, Those black lamps on stages and studios PAR 56 and PAR 64 light fixtures... yes you are correct...they use aircraft landing lights bulbs!, and believe me they are strong and bright like hell! Maybe he is having my problem, I see them very dark for a second or I don't see them at all... here ALL my lights are on. Total darkness. But I can see them in external view, however last night I discovered that I don't see them on take off, but I can see them perfectly upon landing at my destination perfectly Bright! Chemanuel

Kyle, regardless of the amount of light of the redux lights, my problem with the T7 is that the lights are viewable only from outside, this is why my view was always sooo dark when looking from the VC. They are on and nice on external view.... when I switch to the VC they are there for about 1/2 of a second and poof they are gone and total blackness again. Everything is on! If I continue cycling the views with the A key, I can see them again....and again they dissapear upon landing on the VC. Chemanuel Chemanuel;

I have never use FSUIPC to control anything, I calibrate my controls in FSX, works perfectly fine!. For tiller.... a small steering wheel... with ailerons assigned and autorudder on... the small button on the top to turn autorudder on and off. I turn it off when I'm aligned in the runway for takeoff. turn it on upon landing, works like a charm!
