Dithered textures in displays, moire
Try these settings (only for NVIDIA cards) http://forum.avsim.net/topic/324786-nvidia-configuration-guide-inspector-2xxxx-drivers-version-20-explanations-of-all-settings/ If you have ATI, sorry I cant help, but you should be able to find settings for that on Google.

Turning off "beep" from navaids
Are you using EZDok ? and did you by any chance mapped Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, Ctrl+3, Ctrl+4 to any EZDok views ? I would wager you did, those are default FSX button mapping for IDENT on the NAV, COM, ADF, etc. either change EZDok keys, or turn off the FSX keys.

Ouch! I wouldn't do that, that can't be good for you I would change PFPX and TOPCAT to match the NGX instead. You can use these profiles TOPCAT: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/417842-topcat-pfpx-737ngx-weights-how-to/?p=3062467 PFPX: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/86055-pfpx-profiles-by-flyprecisely/

NGX SP2: what features would like to see?
Well in that case, I can only wish that you act like this in the real world too, and that one day you will meet the person who would teach you a tough lesson in how to properly act and talk to other people.

NGX SP2: what features would like to see?
You are excused, thanks for saving me the forum search, but all you managed to find there are over 2 years of "it's coming", "it's under development" and "it's planned". Which is exactly what I meant. When you have one small team of programmers, that wishlist from 2012 will take them just under 10 years to complete. (only about 8 more to go) So That we wont see a service pack for a long long time, if at all. This ends this discussion on my part. Good day.

What do you mean change weights ? You can just enter the ZFW into the scratchpad in the PAYLOAD screen, instead of entering passengers and payload manually.

Using DX10 or 9? Did you change any video card settings? (like transparency anti aliasing) Did you install any new liveries recently?

And you should really avoid acting like an arrogant child who thinks he knows everything, but being familiar with you, I know that is not going to happen, so I wont bother. Do you have any evidence of this hearsay you talk about? (yet cant even remember who said what) or are we just supposed to take your word for it? I'm a software developer with over 10 years of experience, so I know a thing or two about software development. When you have a team the size PMDG has, and such an ambitious future product roadmap, a lot of stuff will get lost on the way due to budget/time/manpower constraints. Anyway, we'll just wait and see who's right. Accusing? You might want to consider your words more carefully, I was merely stating my opinion and experience with PMDG. You can take it or leave it.

NGX SP2: what features would like to see?
I'm not sure you are, the last thread about this had a quote from PMDG support. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/419249-question-to-pmdg-about-ngx-service-pack-2/page-6#entry3074192 It appears you are a long time PMDG costumer, so you know exactly what this means. But common sense still prevails here, and if you know how software development works, you would know there will be no SP2 since one does not make any money from service packs they just cost money.

NGX SP2: what features would like to see?
Aren't you guys tired of these over optimistic pie-in-the-sky threads? The NGX is over 3 years old, PMDG has forgotten it has even developed it, its over, deal with it.

A wish for next NGX SP

Time on FMC PROG Page
Im pretty sure there is no "ETE mode", its a bug, if you enter a high number into the OAT T/C, the ETA goes crazy. Try to enter 1, or -1, -2, the ETA just goes crazy like a slot machine on both the ND and the CDU PROG page, if I try a high number like +50 it goes to estimating from 0000z. It also doesnt go back to normal if you then enter a more realistic number like -20 after entering a high one, you have to restart the flight.
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
I always enter the OAT at T/C and this never happened to me. But I use FS Global Real Weather, not ASN, and it doesnt give me the ISA DEV at T/C, only the OAT. In the video, its not quite exactly like the NGX, in the NGX you can either enter an ISA DEV, OR the OAT at T/C, in the video he only has OAT T/C. (anyone knows why?) Are you sure you are entering it into the correct place ? you only supposed to do one, or the other, not both, I always use OAT, never used the ISA DEV.

A correct temperature ? Is it supposed to be like this ?
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
lol, now its even weirder  Good thing its solved.
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
Does it happen on other liveries ? or the 800 ? Check the default pmdg livery, if not, try and revert the changes you did and check again.
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
Very weird indeed, I fear you would have to contact PMDG support, they will probably know what this is about.
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
That's weird then, I had that problem after SP1, and SP1c fixed it. Check the CDU POS page, and see if the time there matches the time in the NGX clock, FSX clock, and your system clock, do they all match ?
-
Time on FMC PROG Page
But did you really need to bump a 3 years old thread ? Update your NGX to SP1c, it'll fix it.

Back course ILS
I cant really answer your question, but I was wondering if in the real world, do they really change the active runway for a 1deg change in wind direction or 1kt speed change ? because FSX is very strict, it will change the active runway for 1kt winds which changes direction, shouldnt the NG be able to land with some amount of tail-wind which doesnt exceed the aircraft's limitations ? I dont mean to hijack this thread, but it did make me wonder what do you do in cases like this where the wind forces you to land on a runway which is not, well, ideal...

Problem to save panelstate with APU running
This can get a little involved, but you can try and compare the 2 panel state files you have in the panelstate folder (\FSX\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX\PanelState) Open it in notepad (or any text editor) Look for the [APU] section in "NGX SHORT.sav" and your panel save [APU] section and match them up. I had the same problem in creating my own cold and dark panel state, I wanted to turn off the virtual cdu power when the bat is off, which is impossible to do from the simulator. Since you need the CDU to save the panelstate, so I edited the panelstate and set MenuVirtualPower=0, to fix it. It might work for u.
