  1. The specs of the system you want are highly dependent on what you need to see, how well you need to see it and how you want to see it. Without more info on what the intended application for the cameras is you wont get much help.
  2. This is the only way I can think of doing it(and it has quite a few flaws and could cost you an arm and a leg): 1)Find out what 777-300ERs SQ had in their fleet as of 05/05/07 and their registrations. Not 100% sure how you could find this out but you might be able to find some delivery logs or something. 2)Plug those registrations into flightaware.com and buy the history data for them all. (I'm not sure if the data goes all the way back to 2007 though) 3)Sift through the history data for those dates until you find which aircraft it was.
  3. Greg, did you follow the extra instructions (altering the aircraft.cfg) for EZDOK users as well as doing the other camera.cfg modifications?
  4. C:\Users\[uSERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX. Or type %appdata% in the explorer navigation bar then browse to Microsoft\FSX from there. Find the section for the RAAS module in the dll.xml file and change this line from: <Disabled>False</Disabled> to: <Disabled>True</Disabled>
  5. Jan Which version of AoN are you running? The latest versions have been made for P3D specifically so they may not work 100% in FSX. If you roll back to an earlier version you may be able to get the traffic working and have the file active.
  6. I can't wait for this! To have a true multi crew environment being simulated is going to be amazing! No more trying to hand fly, talk with ATC, fiddle with the MCP & running checklists all at the same time.
  7. Thanks guys. No worries! I really should join the OVPA someday and get some group flights in!
  8. Just for clarificaiton, this was the first flight of the CS300 variant. The CS100 took flight in September 2013. The CS300 is the larger variant which can take about 25-30 more pax.
  9. From the latest version of AoN's readme file: "Airports of Norway V3.70 for P3D - Made for FTX Global, FTX Norway."
  10. I don't have any texture addons except for clouds. These airport are like this "out of the box" from ORBX.
  11. Thanks guys! Scenery is FTX Global + Vector + ORBX Global freeware airports packs. Airports are KTEX and KASE from the orbx packs.
  12. Cross country with the Realair Duke v2. Ready for the off: Finally breaking through the clouds I may or may not have busted through minimums before getting this view  Who parked their gulfstream in my spot?!?!
  13. I've never heard of or used the Online Flight Planner. You can do that with SimBrief aswell. However SimBrief also gives you a realistic OFP (you can choose between different airlines) which I think improves the realism of the whole experience. Simbrief normally gives me a fuel value of within about 2-5% of actual burn using the majestic q400, and I've heard the NGX is very accurate at simbrief as well.
  14. Depends if you want to fly tubeliners or GA really. Off the top of my head for GA I would recommend ORBX, Vidan Design, and Sim 720. I'm sure there are more I just cant think of them right now!
  15. Or you could just casually buy your own Challenger 600 and still have $50,000 left over: http://www.controller.com/listingsdetail/aircraft-for-sale/BOMBARDIER-CHALLENGER-600/1982-BOMBARDIER-CHALLENGER-600/1274783.htm
  16. I recommend simbreif.com as well, excellent site and gets the numbers almost perfect for the Q400. Check out http://www.aurasim.com/ a free(there was some discussion of making it payware, I don't know if that's still ongoing) takeoff/landing performance calculator for the Q400.
  17. Thanks guys! No, I dont have a specific addon for runway lights however, I am using a custom ENB config.
  18. +1 for Australian Aviation. I have a sub and read it cover to cover every month. Steve, it is actually monthly except for the Jan&Feb issues which are combined into 1, for a total of 11 issues per year.
  19. Thanks for the heads up, been waiting for this for a while!
  20. Got for it, you won't regret it! Takes a bit of getting used to especially for hand flying and it has a few interesting quirks, but after a couple of flights you'll feel right at home. Heres another shot to wet your appetite Chasing the sun to YMML
  21. Been away for a while, it was so good to get back in the Q400 again. Parked at YGEL after flying from YPPH:
