Ok, I think there is something really wrong with your installation. This is what I see in my sim at the same spot:

No one seems to have seen this, but the memory you linked is DDR3.... You need DDR4 with that motherboard.

But I guess it's just easier to accuse him of pirating with passive-agressive posts instead of trying to help him. To the original poster: I'm sorry, but I think you are better trying to solve this on your own, or going to a place with nicer people, like reddit. Guys, please wait a little before throwing accusations around. From what I understood from his post, it's not the ORBX stuff that's disappearing, but all the rest. And it's not deleting folders, it's just deleting the entries on the scenery library.

They are referencing the same object, so you won't have any problem removing one of them, no need to load the same thing twice.

I agree with the other answers here. Both are amazing planes, but I think the 737 is a little less intimidating. The Q400 has a much more hands-on approach, you are kept constantly busy throughout the flight. The 737 is more automated, with a less steep learning curve, in my opinion. But I have both, and I think you should do the same Cheers!

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying. Just be careful when installing new things and you'll have no problem installing it at Program Files.

You can install it on the default location, that's totally ok. Just be sure to run everything (especially addons installers) as admin and you won't have a problem

Just an FYI, everything you can do in the Nvidia Control panel you can do In Nvidia Inspector. But not the other way around

Sorry for not helping much, but I have no problem whatsoever with my x52 after the update, also using the newest drivers from Saitek.

There's not much use asking a question like that here, you'll probably get 47 different answers. Personally I'm using the default cfg file, with no tweaks at all, and everything is running great. I would suggest that you use the affinity mask and see what it does. Maybe you'll get an improvement, maybe not. Cheers!

Man, the responses in this thread just astound me. The guy had a legitimate question, he followed all the rules, but he is still treated like trash. Why act like a jerk when you could simply respond "No, at release the 747 will not come with 2d panels". There, see, I responded to his question without attacking anyone. You guys should try it sometime.

You won't see anything running under Task Manager. You just open the program (while your simulator is not running) and set everything up. If the conditions are right, you should the effects on your sim. Cheers!

Eh, I don't think you understood his question Kyle. He wants to know if when it comes out, the 747v2 will be released for FSX and P3D at the same time. He wasn't asking about using the fsx one on p3d.

If you read what he said, you would know that his folders are still there, just the config entries are missing.

In the plane selection window, there's a dropdown at the top where you can change between the civilian clothes and the hi-vis jacket. Cheers!
