Yeah I went in to read and found them. It's a bad and good thing personally, as I already had the LatinVFR one (and was asking Why? Why do they do this instead of releasing another airport that may be lakcing? The bad comments, paired with the fact that LatinVFR have stated KSAN will receive an update this year, have made me decide not to buy the ORBX version. LOWI however is another story :)

Yes, vanilla with 0 detail. If you don't notice stutters, and a feeling of "unnaturalness" on a loaded sim running at 20fps, you definitely need to get your eyes checked... Again, games (or sims) are NOT movies... the "24 fps" principle is not applicable by any means. There are tons of explanations about this on the web, but I'm sure you know how to use google...

Just because "it's already there" doesn't mean a lot of people won't be getting this definitely better looking version anyway... (by that logic we would all be still playing flight Simulator II...)

You can definitely notice it... a game it NOT a movie, and the differences between film and this are enormous.

Probably. I don't know the details and what precautions they need to take in cases like this. I have had nothing but GREAT customer service from them and recommend quite the opposite.
