  1. My normal Landing Gear Up and Landging Gear Down bindings work for me. Think they are just the default MSFS 2024 bindings.
  2. I read on the Justflight forum that this has now been fixed in the next update
  3. I used Flightradar 24 and then filtered by C208. Most of the airborne C208s seem to be Fedex ones. Not particularly scientific but may help!
  4. Bought the cargo / amphibian version of this at the weekend. It's the first Black Square aircraft I've bought and have to say, very impressed. Feels great to fly and love the way you have to manage the engine, environment etc. On my first flight I had the low pressure bleed valve fail which somewhat limited power and also the ITT gauge! I've only tried the cargo one so far but looking forward to having a go with the amphibian around Bora Bora very soon!
  5. In addition, if you use Volanta to log your flights then they provide a map overlay for all airports you bought, plus there are overlays for enhanced airports that come with with the different versions of MSFS and MSFS2024.
  6. Yes, the FSL jumping to a waypoint option causes havoc with FSHud unsurprisingly and also Volanta! I've used the "sim rate selector" off of flightsim.to without any issues with the FSL. I only tend to do 2x speed on these.
  7. One thing I would say is that the sounds and modelling are good, but for example if I compare to the iFly 738 Max, they are not as good, and I don't get as good performance in the FSL as I do in the iFly either. I have a RTX3080 with 10gb VRAM, and i712700 CPU with 32gb ram
  8. It took me a while to work this out too. The liveries they supply have either 0,1,2, or 3 extra tanks marked against them in the FSL manager software, and I think it is the 3 tank version that is the LR. For example all the BA ones are labeled 'Verified Config' with zero extra tanks and the TAP Portugal ones have 3 extra tanks.
  9. I have the FSL CEO and NEO and they are my go to aircraft at the moment in MSFS2024. I do have the Fenix A320 too but haven't flown it for a few months. I'll try and give some points as to why I like the FSL 1) The Tech Log system, where you will get an imperfect aircraft. The other day I had one with an INOP APU so I had to read up in the included manuals what additional procedures I had to follow, and then also the manuals gave clear instructions on how in the sim GSX would automatically detect this when I requested pushback and introduce an ASU. It also provided instructions on the cross bleed start to engine 1 from there. For me this was excellent additional immersion 2) Overall, the way it interacts with GSX is very seamless, and you request loading and fuel from the AOC system and then GSX does its thing. If you fly an airline where there is a provided 'Airline Pack' then you will get cabin sounds and voices etc for that airline and also be assigned an arrival gate (you can change it if you want) that would normally be for that airline at your destination. Again, on arrival GSX will be waiting at that gate 3)On the NEO FSL seem to have provided a customised Simbrief profile for each of the liveries they have provided. A really nice touch in my opinion. 4)There are many little extras that really in my opinion make it seem like a quality product such as having the EFB or the FMS in a web browser or being able to print AOC messages to either a printer or via Pushover. (I know Fenix does these too). 5)I've also found support to be really responsive either via email or their forums. 6) Of course with the NEO you can use something like TAP airlines to do a combination of European flights or over the pond to the US East coast. I believe the PW engines will be coming out soon which will give a lot more US carrier options in the NEO If you have any other specific questions then let me know, but if I had to pick my main reasons for the liking the FSL is the tech log system with accompanied with really good manuals to support it. Hope this helps!
  10. I've had XP12 for years and have bought a fair few addons. (Whoops!) I recently bought the TorqueSim SR22 Entegra on a whim as it was on sale and have to say it is (in my view) fantastic. The other one everyone is waiting for is the Hotstart TBM900. This is going to be out on XP12 soon. I have it on XP11 but am eagerly awaiting the XP12 release. There are many others of course that others will recommend too for you!
  11. Just to check that you have seen the comprehensive tutorial? There is one for if you have GSX and another if you don't. Mine are located in this drive C:\FlightSimLabs2024\fsl-common\FSLabs\Documentation\A321 Explains the whole procedure for using ACARS. I agree, this is a great addon. I currently have been given an A321 with inop APU so am having to work through the procedures manual for starting with an ASU! (Also provided in the above directory!)
  12. This is being release tomorrow apparently! Day 1 purchase for me.
  13. Same here. Guess it needs just a little more time to appear in OC3! Definitely changed though as 'for 2020 and 2024' on their site so 'released; but not quite available!
  14. I believe in the TG main settings (Plugins Menu) you can adjust the volume based on whether you are inside an aircraft or outside.
  15. VNAV is still being worked on and therefore can certainly be buggy at times. Generally very usable though. I agree with the above comment on sounds. The sounds in this addon (the original and now the engine expansion) are phenomenal in my opinion.
  16. Many thanks for the quick and thorough response. Have got it working now using your format.
  17. I am trying to work out the format for reading a dataref value from XPlane into my Streamdeck. The dataref is sim/cockpit2/electrical/panel_brightness_ratio and the index is 2. If i put sim/cockpit2/electrical/panel_brightness_ratio[2] it doesn't seem to work. I also tried sim/cockpit2/electrical/panel_brightness_ratio, 2 Thanks!
  18. Just to add my thoughts, this is my first addon from Torquesim and I am very impressed. Tom compare it with, I have the 777v2, the King Air 350 and the Challenger as well and this one slots in nicely for me as it is a slower and smaller jet than the challenger but the real beauty is that you can set it up and get airborne very quickly. For that reason and as my free time is very limited at the moment i keep coming back to it for quick flights around Europe. As said elsewhere, seems to be relatively bug free, and also they have added more features and a manual in 2 updates since release. A high quality addon.
  19. I believe the TBM900 is going to be updated for XP12 'before Christmas' according to the dev on Hotstart's discord. I think this is a turbo prop.
  20. Another addon worth consideration is Orbx's True Earth Great Britain North which will give some good additional general scenery at the expense of some performance. You could start without it and then maybe add when in a sale which may well be the case in Nov and/or Dec?
  21. I just bought this. The great part is that the aircraft state persists, so you can work your way through the tutorials etc bit by bit in separate sessions. No saving required as it autosaves. It took me 5 days to do my first flight!
  22. I believe it recently came out of alpha and is now in Beta. Mine is the same as yours 2.0.24 beta.
  23. I've had the FF 772 since mid May and it was the first FF product I bought. I too run both XP12 and MSFS and I try to avoid having the same aircraft in both! Therefore I don't have the PMDG777 to compare with directly . In XP12 I have the Toliss 319 and 340, FlyJSim Q4XP, Felis 742, and in MSFS I have the PMDG 737-600 and 737-800, the Fenix A320, Just Flight 146 and the TDFi MD11. In XP11 the FlyJSim 727 and 737-200 I personally I find that some of these addons have a great 'feel' about them. I can't explain what it is but they do! Sometimes I just want to load them up and flick some switches (sad I know!). I would definitely put the FF772 into this category as I also do the Felis 742, FJS 732 and also the two PMDGs in MSFS. There is so much to explore including the full walk around, all the maintenance menus, and also the (i believe) very comprehensive 777 EFB. On top of that all the switches and knobs animate very nicely and the sounds are awesome (compared to the other aircraft I own.) As I said, I don't have the PMDG777, but from a more black and white perspective I have read that the sounds aren't that great. If they aren't then maybe a sound pack is required and that plus the cost of the PMDG 777 may well be close to the cost of the FF version anyway?? Hope this helps with your decision!
  24. All this time i thought it was just me that couldn't find the 'Sale' page. 😂
