Yes, short and clear! Airfoillabs C172NG in action around Mont Blanc, great scenery for sightseeing. Weather was a bit sketchy, so I could see the mountain top only from a bit further away, but still was a nice experience avoiding clouds among the mountains. Downloaded from FlyAwaySimulation website, The Alps (Western) Photoreal Scenery.

I'm almost done with a livery request for the Aerobask Legacy RG for XP11. Hopefully you all will allow a break from MSFS posts of mine haha! I also added a chrome prop because I think (from photos) that the real one has one. Interior is on loan from two talented painters (I don't have that kind of skill level!) I came across this little gem to get everyone in the X-Plane 11 community salivating... Javier is doing an incredible job in creating a version 2 of his popular CRJ-200. I'd been following his live streams, highlighting the development, design and production of this great aircraft. I never got around to purchasing the first one, but I may have to seriously consider getting v2 now. Enjoy!

In checking out X-Plane 11's weather depiction, I cranked up the Aerosoft CRJ-200, set up a thunderstorm and then went for a quick circuit, so, no V-speeds set up or anything, didn't even check the weight, just a seat of the pants landing, into updrafts, downdrafts, turbulence, thunder, lightning, hailstones. Good fun, and a very bounced landing owing to having to come in steep and fast because of all the windsheer. Wouldn't wanna try this one in real life, think I'd be diverting lol: -
Anyone figure out What Command can be used to configure a joystick button to Toggle the CDI/GPS button on the reality xp GTN 750 running in X-Plane 11. Reality Xp is running as a pop up window not as a installed Radio, Controling Nav 1 radio.. thanks in advance

I had the chance this week to meet up with Austin at our local airport KCUB. As an air traffic controller at Columbia Approach, Austin and I have developed a unique relationship. What a great yet knowledgeable individual. There are some amazing features that X Plane is getting ready to roll out. In another post I'll post my video interview and detailed follow up on what he has planned! Of course this information is no secret and Austin has allowed me to share it with the flight sim community. Just to give you a tease, some may or may not know, but Austin and his team intend to make this lovely simulation platform, XPlane, available in several different languages. Sure, English is the language of aviation, but why not cater to those who don't speak it? Austin and I speak on the frequency several times a week and no matter what, he always remains professional.
