November 18, 201015 yr RSR mentioned a while ago, that the 737 had better frames than both the 747 & MD11 at Its current state of development, as far as I remember. I'm still trying to have a nice scenery with still good fps when flying the 747X. Would be awesome if the 737NGX takes less FPS :( Steven Albi
November 19, 201015 yr Have you tried using the app Air Display? Its great. Allows the iPad to be used another monitor AND the touch screen still works unlike Maxivista. So I use the iPad as my CDU and you can go anywhere in the house and monitor your status.Jack CI've tried that, however I am unable to click on the MCDU. Actually when the FS X window is active the mouse does not move when touching on the iPad. This in windowed mode with MCDU undocked. In Full screen it only shows the desktop. And if I start FS X with the screen connected it gives error about the driver not having the required shader v3. I have top start it disconnected then add it later. How do you do it? And yes it HAS to be in windowed mode. The program won't work in full screen. I first run FSX. THEN I use the air display to connect to ipad. Hope that helps a bit.Jack C
November 19, 201015 yr As a cockpit builder using a projector for front views and LCD 22inch monitors for side views I really struggle to align horizons and get scales correct so I was wondering does the NGX provide more sophisticated window view adjustments Ryan? Or is there a program that would assist with this that doesn't take up fps?RegardsMike kendall
November 19, 201015 yr It's been almost a month since the last update, is there a chance for a new one soon?An update today would be pretty great!

November 19, 201015 yr Commercial Member PMDG, I've a question and I really hope I get answer to it:- Can I asume that I'll get (almost) the same fps with the 737 NGX compared with the 747X?The NGX is easily the best performing FSX product we've made. I get better FPS in it than I do on the 747 or MD-11. That enough of an answer? Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

November 19, 201015 yr Any Chance for a Update this weekend PMDG? JeffGI doubt it, but I may be wrong. Check the post "NGX Brakes" for a tid bit of an update. Also see Roberts post (below) he made yesterday as well. Hope that helps.Posted Yesterday, 05:04 AM Dan-I get it!I do this with airplanes... I've run two restorations to date- and I am pondering a third... (More on that after the NGX is done... I odn't have time to go into all those details!)Thanks for passing along your excitement in reading the updates. (Check the "NGX Brakes" thread for some tasty bits...) I had planned to do an update last week- but my schedule has been pretty chaotic and some of the pieces that I want to show off needed a bit more tuning.Shortly...
