I see Captain Sim are doing a 737-100.I wonder if it'll be out before the PMDG NGX?I liked the CS727 (with mods) so looking forward to it.

Looks promising, as long as these models are far more FPS friendly than the 767. Still waiting for the well-promised B-52 though. Hope these aircraft are VC-only models as I never fly aircraft from the 2D panel these days.The one thing that I've been crying all around is the 717's fate in Flight Simulator. Not that I hate JCA's well made model, it's just that I'm looking for one with an excellent virtual cockpit. The long-awaited 717 from Alexis of Project Airbus is still on hold, whilst the one from Perfect Flight was definitely pants.Dave.

737-100 and 737NG are different each other. i would prefer NGX. but it depends on fps performance. both cs and pmdg make non fps friendly aircrafts. but it is sad that pmdg ngx will be fps friendly like a default aircraft.

looking forward to this, am a fan of CS products despite the criticisms they seem to get.Without wanting to ask when this is being released (obviously its too early to tell). Does anyone have any idea how long CS take to deliver a project after its announcement (i appreciate this depends on complexity, but it will atleast be good to know)Tom

Well I'm really happy about this new's! we finally get a beautiful virutal cockpit for the 737-100 and 200 model, many of us have been waiting a long time for a good 737 classic jet. Do you guys think CS will put an FMS in it? I know that they didn't have them orginally but most later on in life where outfitted with TCAS I some sort of FMS WX Radar.Ron Hamilton

Glad to see this happening, although I suspected it would. I actually voted for them to do the 200ADV, but, I'll settle for a 100 and 200.I should think it is unlikely they will put an FMC in it, although that's kind of ironic, since the 737-100 was in fact one of the first ever aircraft to actually have an FMC, because the original prototype 737-100 (which NASA bought off Boeing) was used extensively for testing the first prototype FMCs as a concept, so if they do a NASA paint job for the CS737-100, it could legitimately have one, which would be fun because the FMC in that thing was at one point installed in a second cockpit the aircraft had that was located in the main cabin so as not to interfere with the normal flying of the thing when they were testing other concepts such as the very first glass cockpit layouts, which was another first for the 737-100.Keep it up CS, we need more old bangers like the original 737 in FSX!Al
