Also I think because I add 150lb for the pilot I have more than required for the job so the job can unload that amount from my plane. You need to look at the briefing and mentally calculate from the total load capacity what the percent load value is.

On the type of cargo you have loaded:Air Hauler knows what your cargo is when you fly the job. There's actually no way of specifying a type of cargo, but then there's no need. You can only add weight to the plane in the .FLT payload section. When IF describes a load in the briefing, it comes from the aircraft .cfg load definitions. There's a section on this in the briefing help (F1) worth reading.Steve

Thanks Steve. Should IF also create a briefing in the kneeboard though? If not, no biggie.

Hi, If you do not have a briefing showing in the kneeboard, can you check that there is a file called IFlight.htm in a directory called idealflight in the progfiles\FSX directory. Thanks;Steve

Steve, got one more feature request/suggestion :-)At the moment we have the button "New Destination" which generates flight in RANDOM DIRECTION. And what if there was some possibility to choose a direction? Imagine, we are traveling around the world, so we are definitely know what direction we need (for ex. east). And it's doesn't matter what airport, we just need some apropriate runway somewhere at the east.Same situation with traveling around the continent like ORBX Australia - we just need to set direction for next hop.It may be done with 8 small buttons instead of one. 8 arrows in different main directions (north, north-east, east... and so on) and one more button in center to generate flight with random direction. What do you think?

I recommended that a few threads back also. The world flight was what I envisioned also.

Hi Guys,I have had several requests for such a direction feature! I may provide an upgrade package in the near future and this is high on the list. Thanks for all the support.Best regards;Steve.

Yeah that directional feature would be THE thing. Just a circle with four quadrants, and you could tick the ones that should be considered for routes, that would do it for me :-)Steve, it's amazing how this thing evolved since I first discovered it. I haven't flown a single flight without it since.

Looks like the final release is out. Anyone tried it yet?? I'm using FSBuild, RC, and FSPassengers so not sure how all these would work. Ideal Flight looks interesting though.CaptMac

Sorry but IF is still in testing and the "final" release will be available very soon. For the timebeing you may need to change language to English to run IF depending on some addons you may have installed.Thank you.Regards;Steve

By popular request, I am including direction filters to the destination search parameters in the flight generator page. :(

Thanks to darem, the originator of the directions filter idea, and others. The clarification described here, has become the basis of the new filter. You will soon be able to include the quadrants in which searches are conducted. Many thanks to you all for the great ideas, feedback, and support.Best regards;Steve.

Hi,Version [k] is now available:http://download.code...tup_10_010k.zipA big problem with languages other than English, responsible for lots of issues, has been fixed. :( Choose which direction to get flights generated from the Flight Generator page with the direction quadrants. A filter has also been provided for airports that have military facilities.Best regards;Steve
