Today I tried to log on to the Eaglesoft forum but couldn't do it. Said my user name or password were incorrect or something like that. I've used this forum for years and have bought many of their planes. So I tried to re-register. Was told that my account was inactive and had to be approved by an administrator. So far I haven't heard back from anybody. Anyone else have a similiar problem?Jim

Recommend using the "contact link" at the bottom right of their main page:http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/index.htm

Jim I wish I could help but I don't own any ealgesoft products yet. but I'm sure the guys will see it here and help you out since the members of ealgesoft team visits the avsim forum frequently, how long has it been for the wait? I would contact them in the link Ryan provided above most likely something happened and didn't see it yet.

The Eaglesoft forums were hacked, most of it was destroyed. Everyone will have to re-register to gain access. Registration now requires actual approval by Eaglesoft.
Sorry to hear that Ed. I'll wait for e-mail notification when you all get it fixed. Thanks.Jim

We can all thank our friendly nieghborhood Chinese and Russian counterparts but that's another basket of worms we won't address at the moment. Here is a link that will help folks understand what we are doing to carry on. http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=41 In addition every registration will now be activated manually untill we put a better system in place.Meantime, everyones patience will be appreciated.:(

The guys at Eaglesoft are among the nicest and helpful of the flightsim developers. Why would anyone do something so stupid as to ruin a forum that is part of our community and an important customer support portal, just boggles the mind. It makes you want to take a hammer to the fingers of these horrible people. Sorry to hear the news & I hope you guys are up and running soon Ron & staff. Warm regards, Jeff

Sorry to hear that the wealth of information on the forums has been destroyed, doubtless you all had better things to do than rebuild your forums because some script kiddie thought he could have some fun wrecking them.Best of luck retrieving what you can out of the wreckage !!G

Many thanks Jeff and Gazz....we've received overwhelming support from those who've been with us through "thick and thin" over the years and we'll do our best to provide even better support than before as we move forward on all fronts. Our heartfelt thanks to all who have expressed their support as 2010 was quite a difficult year.:(

Sorry to read that Ron and Ed.We all share your anger and disgust. All the best,David
