Hahaha, April Fools. :( I have proof aswell, but who said im going to share that? :(

Tonight? Well, it seems that PMDG recently mentioned the late night release of the Boeing 747-400X. I don't know, but might they do the same for the NGX? tell me what you think. I hope it comes soon, but if it doesn't, that's software development for ya!

Best Regards,

I refuse to believe anything I see on this site until after midnight, including an NGX in my shopping cart and sitting at the "payment information" screen. That being said, I'm guessing 4-6 weeks.

I was almost excited for a second. Since i work for Boeing I thought it would be a great chance to get some inside info on development, maybe get a "company only" beta!!! Probably better for them as well because they wouldn't get anything done with me constantly sending them Instant Messages through our mail server asking them about the progress.

You're right! Sorry, forgot about that. Forgot about the Beta process. Sorry everyone and PMDG too. Still, anything could happen!

Captains-Okay okay... We've had our fun. :( Please see my edit to the original announcement at the top..Thanks for all the laughs- we hope you guys had some fun with this today as well! This entire post/thread was a gag- and none of the information contained herein is factual...Except for that last part about how much we appreciate the support you all have provided to PMDG during the past dozen years. This NGX in particular has been a tough development cycle- but it has been great fun for us to see the enthusiasm and the fun we can all have around this hobby of ours.Okay- I am back to working on that bleeding bleed system... :(

I doubt it will be released today but I do think in the next couple of weeks or so. Probably the middle of the month. And I know that they have said they would announce beta, but I am beginging to question that due to all of this posts about final testings and things like that.Richard Glatter
