That was one of the best jokes ever. In about an hour I will be heading to Seattle. Good thing it was a joke I might have ended up pounding doors. But then again I guess inwould have had to go to Chicago instead. Way to go guys you made my day!

From the PMDG web site...I'm not one of those individuals that takes this stuff very seriously,

I think some people fell harder than others though. All in all I think it was a great gag. I've really enjoyed reading all the posts so far Big%20Grin.gif

Congrats on your new-found wealth after being bought by Boeing, Robert. I'm assuming you'll say thank you to your loyal customers by giving free NGXs to everyone (aka, "Pull an Oprah")?Nice one, though...

Right, now that the NGX is delayed (yeah, right :( ) it surely paves the way for the Woodpigeon release :(

There is a good chance that we are not going to see this as we thought. PMDG is a great company, but I think the audience just changed, and the simmer-hobby will not be part of it as planned. If we see this plane, it will not be what it was going to be. So many of us have spent $$ to be ready for this new generation of flying. Our hobby was about to really change for the better. Nobody could be more upset to hear this news than me. The new computer that I built, most likely would have never happed if it were not for this airplane. But, it is what it is. I do not know about the rest of you, but for now, I am tired and I'm done. The pictures of the NGX are off my wall and I am moving on! There is a lot of good product out there and I need a new plane. Guess it is time to learn something else. In 10 years I have seen a lot happen with FS. It is not always as we like it! PMDG, you proved that you are the best. If the NGX ever does release, I will pick it up, but it will not be a "got to have" anymore for me. I guess you had to figure some of us would move on.Good luck PMDG. Believe it or not, I am happy for all of you. You did good.Imjimh, signing off...........
