Hey PMDG,Great work! You all really deserve a great pat on the back. You all should be very proud of yourselves for putting out such a thorough simulation of this plane for this cheap. I am exceedingly impressed with the quality. I even just saw the ground terrain radar system! and it looks fantastic! I'm a EE and I see a lot of programming, and I must say that the kind of algorithms and such used for this have to be very impressive. Good job guys! I'll buy it when I have access to my desktop in 5-6 weeks!

Please sign your real name to your posts per forum rules. Shared cockpit is one of the slated feature additions for the service packs. We wanted to do it for the initial release but we don't want to delay it any further.

You don't know how many times I fly out of SLC and hit a crossing restriction and have my plane nose dive to meet it; then I have to descend 300 feet because my plane passed it and I'm 100kts over speed. Yes the PSEU logic is implemented.

Wide beta means that our full test team is now involved - prior to this it was only our tech team, which consists of real world NG pilots, sim techs, NG maintinence personnel etc. This is not a public beta or anything like that, you can't apply to be in it.

Are persons on the wide-beta team permitted to post videos showing both interior (VC) and exterior aspects of the airplane now?

Hi Rayn and all, I have the amazing MD-11 and once I programmed all altitude restrictions andspeeds restrictions at the FMC it follows it precisely and I even wascongratulated on the performance of the check ride from my CP @ DVA It really makes your life much easier.I believe the NGX will do better, one thing Rayn does anyone looked into whythe plane struggles to reach the cruise altitude and speed while using REX2?? Thanks

Any plane will have trouble if a weather addon is putting temperatures that are too high for the altitude into the sim - we have no control over that. I have flown the NGX extensively with both REX2 and ASE and have not had any issues.
