i highly reccomend Track IR and Ezdok. If you dont have track IR dont worry, just get Ezdok and you can still use it to move anywhere in the cockpit and outside views just using the arrow keys.Ezdok is a work of art really and very hard to pull off. From what I gather the developers had to practicaly hack the FSX registry to get the view positons. It might seem a little complex but its not. Well worth the time it takes to set up.

But what I really miss when using this combination is the "shaking" effects from Ezdok (on take-off and landing). I hope they can fix it!

Thats strange, I get the shaking effect. Is it all your aircraft that lose this shake? or just some?. I noticed if I create a camera set for a 3rd party aircraft i lose the shake effects too, what I do is to make a copy of one of the default aircraft that does have the shake, and then use it for my new addon. It takes only a few moments to adjust the cameras from then on.Also did you rename your simmconnect files? You need to go into your main Track IR file and rename them, there should be 2 fsimmconnect.manifest files, just rename them I called mine simmconnectBAK.mannifest. Its just so I know what file ive renamed. If you dont rename them it wont work properly. Ezdok connects directly with the track IR program so renaming the files stops Track IR from connecting with FSX. Ezdok does all that for you.

Thanks a lot! :smile:Didn't know about all that as I haven't had the time to study the program. I'm definately gonna try this.

Definitaly the shaking effect is still there with TrackIR and Ezdok. You are not getting it setup correctly. It explains the complete setup in the manual. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of Ezdok. The previous version does not support TrackIR.Bob

Back in this thread someone asked how to download this beautiful video for his porn files. Talk%20to%20the%20Hand.gifWell, as one who has loved planes all his long life, I agree that for a video of something so realistic and artful as NGX, that understandably, it should be stored with other artful and beautiful objects. Right? Downloading. If you have used Internet Explorer to watch this video, A copy may already be in your computer. Go to IE ->tools->internet options->browsing history Settings->view files. This is where IE temporarily stores recent files. Look for a recent, big MP4 file. If it is there, copy it to the place where your other sacred stuff is. Done.Worked for me.r.
