July 29, 201114 yr Does that meen that it will still be only one download and install for PMDG. In other words the NGX is covered under the same nav data directory as for the 747 & the md-11? Rick Hobbs
July 29, 201114 yr I have a feeling that is the way it is going to work, since it is listed in Navigraph as PMDG-All. Robert Yunque
July 29, 201114 yr I doubt it will be released with the latest AIRAC...because Navigraph obviously sells this (and they're not the only provider). Ruben Schuckit i5 2500k 4.5GHz GTX 560 Ti 8GB memory
July 29, 201114 yr I believe most payware that has navigraph support will offer the latest navigraph data free of charge when initally installed, but you will need to pay to update such data in the future. A.J. Domingo
July 29, 201114 yr If any beta testers or if Ryan comes around does the ngx update the other PMDG aircraft nav data? I understand the ngx comes with latests airac.
July 29, 201114 yr Author Ok that's great, I've got an account so I guess it's just a matter of downloading to ltest cycle anyway!! Now!....back to my Lvld 767 flight from YWLM to YBBN!! July 29, 201114 yr If you fly over default terrain I'd highly suggest backing up cycle 0808. Because FSX doesn't change unless you change it yourself.
July 29, 201114 yr So Radar contact for instance will be able to talk to the 737NGX from day one? Rick Hobbs
July 29, 201114 yr I believe Ryan said it would have cycle 1107. Can't remember if it'll be updated again depending on how the NGX release & the next cycle release are timed. There's a post floating about somewhere with that info. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64

There's a post floating about somewhere with that info. He said it'll include 1108. 1108 is out now, so that'll be what's included with the release... July 29, 201114 yr So Radar contact for instance will be able to talk to the 737NGX from day one? Radar Contact doesn't touch AIRAC navdata, so you should have no issues. July 29, 201114 yr Radar Contact doesn't touch AIRAC navdata, so you should have no issues.Should have figured that one out for myself. In other words, what ever FSBUILD (for example) puts out, as long as it is a .plan file, Radar contact can read it. Correct? Rick Hobbs
