August 5, 201114 yr If I go to look at my support ticket it takes me to a whole different website is this normal? It also isnt letting me log in?Same here I think that is due to them taking down the servers because of the ongoing attack

August 5, 201114 yr Hy guys , I just received the confirmation mail from pmdg with the download link , thanks for that . I feel terribly sorry for for pmdg especially for Robert , since it's his birthday and they don't deserve something like this , .I can imagine people are frustrated but i am sure pmdg would like to had a flawless start for the ngx delivery as well , it is a long day for them as well and they are still helping customers with their problems to solve things out .Yesterday i took a free day of work for the release ,just minutes ago i received the download link , have to work in two hours incliding the whole weekend , but it doesn't make me mad ,because i know it was out of the hands from pmdg and they trying to solve things as soon as possible , thanks pmdg for that and i hope all problems for everyone are solved as soon as possible , Best regards , Best regards , Gérard van Veldhoven
