I believe PMDG do have a policy of no money back which you sort of agree to before the purchase. And i completely agree..it is worth upgrading to enjoy this beauty!

u havnt told ur pc specs are by the sound of it looks like u below min req and on the product page it gives u the min the req to run the ngx so either u didnt read it or u havnt got ur pc set up right to run the ngx. Have u got the md-11 at all and if u can run that ok than u should be able to run the ngx

As far as I know, download products are not refoundable. But you can try.Duran.

Duran, that is a generalization... just that not many software companies provide refunds or returns of downloadable items. There are one or two publishers with refund options... PMDG doesn't as far as I know. They did make the minimum requirements clear on release, and also used yardsticks such as the MD11X or JS41 as guides as to what performance to expect. Andrew

I believe thier policy on this is highlighted in red on the purchase page. Anyhow if he can possibly afford, he should upgrade, because he will never know what he's missing.

Hi Julian, In my mind the best option would be an upgrade in your PC. This bird is incomparable!

Both the minimum computer requirements and refund policy are on the product page. How do you people keep ending up with the plane without getting this information? You can't buy the plane without seeing it. READ before you buy!

whoa, some of you are a bit hard on the original poster? Ok, in theory my specs meet the requiremnts - but I have to say it is a heavy hitter on frame rates non the less and I have spent the better part of a week now trying to fine tune all aspects of my PC and FSX to get back some FPS. Yes specs are published. Yes a no refund policy is the norm.... However I believe policy statements and any criteria for a refund should be decided by PMDG - and I see Ryan has already tried to help...
