Damn, I was hoping the 600/700 would be free laugh.png Oh well, however long it takes - it takes.

Thank you for this clear and easy to understand explanation about the problems you guys face....We all understand (I guess the majority) that we have to wait a couple of weeks more and we allbenfit from this delay. So I would say :You go on as long as it takes to produce another of your outstanding products and in the meantime we can still enjoy your products we already purchased....JohnF

Seems what I said about small problems developing into big ones has appeared, it's awful when fixing a small issue that it affects something else. Remember the impossible you can do at once, miracles take a little longer. Thanks for the update though, our patience will be rewarded after yours runs out LOL.It is still an amazing product full of hidden bits of design that emerge when not looked for - just brilliant.John Ellison

Thanks for the update Robert Take your time ... I'm enjoying the NGX since first day ...

Despite few bugs, I totally agree with your hotfix/SP policy. Delaying SP1 release is for me a proof of quality, despite we have to wait ! Patience is the price to pay to get a perfect 737 NG for FSX, and I have no problem with that. Isn't it better than a quick release of a bad software and bad support behind ?

I think most of us is just fine waiting as long as there are some updates along the way just like this one, thanks!

Can't say I'm surprised, though a bit disappointed. But you are right - do not rush. I'd rather have an actual fix, than something that fix as much as it breaks. Thanks for the update!

Likewise Id rather see a fully working and correct SP than one that requires more hotfix's....what I want to see after the SP1 is SP2 that adds more features not something that fixes SP1. The NGX is stable for me right now - I can fly with no CTD or freezes(well at least so far since the HF4) Yes there are some features that arent correct or not quite working as they should but they dont take away the ability to fly this A/C pretty much most of the time with no issue. Just a suggestion - but maybe a list of the issues that are being worked on, or need fixing would help people better understand the limitations of the SIM at present - help people from constantly posting the same questions, such as why thier brakes dont get hot at all on landing only on taxy etc...Some issues can also be worked around if you are aware they exist as a problem, or ignored because we already know its being planned to be fixed.

Very appreciative of the updates and information. The level of attention to detail by the team creating the products is impressive. I would expect no less of attention to the SP's. I think you should continue to set expectation with your customers, and adjust as needed for the reality of the situation. Remember:"I just want to tell you both good luck. We're all counting on you." - Dr. Rumack (Airplane!)

Yup. Take your time. Now that I finally can use the NGX, thanks to Hotfix 4, nothing could be worse than SP1 breaking it for me again. ;)
