April 6, 201214 yr So nice job and enhancement for the NGX ! Thank you very much. By the way should you be able to create a sound for the Thrust Levers actuators when pressing TOGA during T/O ? Here is a video from Just planes (just listen @ 0:30 sec for the sound) : Could be nice to have this sound when pressing toga button on thurst levers. Cheers There is no such sound after TOGA engage. http://www.youtube.c...Uuv8P9v4#t=203s
April 7, 201214 yr What are the latest versions for all of these? I'd also like to know this, for all I know I could be using the very first ones! Luke Cerff
April 7, 201214 yr There is no such sound after TOGA engage. http://www.youtube.c...Uuv8P9v4#t=203s You are wrong and I can explain you why : The sound i am speaking about can be heard for some reason : if during the previous landing the speedbrake lever has been retracted (down position) by the pilot himself, in this case during the next take off, sound can be heard (coming from speedbrake servo-motors). If the speedbrake lever has been retracted using thrust levers (advance thrust levers and it will go automatically in the down position), then for the next take off you'll not hear the sound i am speaking about... That's maybe why in the video you provide no sound can be hear (because pilot uses thrust levers to retract speedbrakes). Cheers.

Auto deployment is normal operation on landing, so on normal aircraft you wont hear this sound during takeoff.
April 8, 201214 yr Sure. Let me say one fact. Auto deployment is normal operation on landing You didn't catch what i was saying... (Maybe due to my poor english, i am french). I am not speaking about the auto deployement when wheels hit the ground on landing, but i am speaking about the retraction when the aircraft exits runway... So like i said before there is 2 ways of retracting spoiler (manually or using thrust levers). If you do it manually, due to servo motors not used, the next take off, you'll hear the sound in the video i've provided.. That's it and that's the explanation from one of my friend captain on 73 in Belgium. Cheers.
