No one has ever received an answer or a feedback.You are doing it wrong.I wrote to Steve Ballmer directly 12-18 months ago (I forget exactly) on the subject of Flight, and I got a reply from his PA saying thanks and that it was forwarded to the appropriate department, then I got a stanard-letter reply from the Microsoft Game Studios with the usual marketing spiele on Flight, and to stay "up to date" through the Flight portal.It was a standard-form letter, but it was a reply nonetheless.Best regards,Robin.
