SIDS/STARS for VHHX

Featured Replies

Hello, I have found how to add VHHX to the NavData, but I am lacking SIDS/STARS for the airport. Is there a download to install these, or can you add SIDS/STARS manually? I have tried all links but none of them work. Thanks

VHHX Tutorial for PMDG PlanesGet the file (VHHX_V9.ZIP from Navigraph Website) http://www.navdata.at/Unzip the file and place the VHHX.txt file into the FSXPMDGSIDSTARS folder.Find the Folder FSXPMDGNavdata1) Open file wpNavAPT.txt, and add following to lines to the end of file, then save it.HONG KONG KAI TAK VHHX13 10930136 22.321667 114.196667111.9008800015HONG KONG KAI TAK VHHX31 10930316 22.305500 114.214500109.9031600015It is Very Important that you line up the coordinates with the other entries in the above file. If you do not line them up neatly like the other Coordinate entries then you will not see the SID/STARs in the FMC. The Coordinates start after the Runway numbers and you can use the space bar to push them over till they line up with the other coordinate entries.2) Open file Airports.dat using Notepad or other text editor, and add following line:VHHX 22.316667 114.203333

Navigraph has been out of commission since last summer. I'll upload my old VHHX sometime during the week if someone else doesn't beat me to it.

Navigraph has been out of commission since last summer? That's odd, because I've just been to its site, and only 2 weeks ago bought the latest AIRAC Cycle from them.

Apparently he is talking about back when they were at navdata.at that that is gone.Remember that, AIRACS used to be free? :)

I stand corrected! Aah, those distant days of free AIRACS :(

No, no, forget what I said. Navigraph is up and running just as it has been. I'm thinking Planepath. So, ignore my last post.

This is my old VHHX file from Planepath. You will also need to add the two lines below to your wpNavAPT.txt file.HONG KONG KAI TAK VHHX31 10930316 22.305500 114.214500109.9531600015HONG KONG KAI TAK VHHX13 10930136 22.321667 114.196667110.9508800015
