November 3, 201312 yr Hey guys, At least the 777-300ER is now available for only $150,000,000.00  http://www.precisionmanuals.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=101&idcategory=14 - René Mosek - Future Owner Of: 'The PMDG 747-400 V3' B)
November 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member Well with the number of votes going toward the -200ER, I am sure PMDG will bring it up to us ...or you could read the intro manual and note they've already committed to it  Kyle Rodgers

I've still got to purchase the PMDG 777-200LR/F, but hopefully I can get it before the end of this month. Looking forwards to this expansion! Kind regards, Luke Bischoff
November 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member Well, at least we are now certain that we will get a 777-300ER! Well, when you get around to buying it, you'll find that they committed to it in the intro manual. I'm surprised that even those who own the 777LR/F don't know what models have been committed to, simply because they're too lazy to read the relatively short intro manual. Kyle Rodgers

November 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member Ah, okay. I guess we will have to wait for the confirmation of the -200ER. We won't. You will  Those of us who own it already have that information. Kyle Rodgers

November 4, 201312 yr Author Sorry to disappoint you Luke  , but I still have not flown the 777-200LR yet. Hehe no no - you and others would be disappointed in by what I'm about to say: whenever the A320 comes out from that developer, I wouldn't mind learning some about the Airbus. Have always been attracted to those baby-buses! Although I'm not a fan of their heavies and their 'throttle' system. Figured could be good to expand my knowledge past Boeing. It'd be a fun little bird to have with my B777 fleet to fly across Europe - Luke Pabari
December 30, 201312 yr Yes, I want B772, I saw the differences and I think it would be interesting to fly it. :clapping: Yes, I want B772, I saw the differences and I think it would be interesting to fly it. :clapping: Nibaldo Soto A.
December 30, 201312 yr I want all 777 variants including the upcoming 777-8 and 777-9 :D Bilal Asif Khan
May 12, 201412 yr If there would be no 777-200ER, it would be like the NGX without 737-800WL. For me, PMDG stands for Reality (view from Simmers) and I think it's not really real when you fly the most time with fictional Liverys. But all in all the 777 is a Great Product and we're looking forward to fly the -300ER ! :D
May 12, 201412 yr I don't. I'd rather have them polishing their already existing 777 and working on other airplanes rather than constantly expanding the fleet of the same type. I'm happy flying "a" triple seven, don't care which one. May 12, 201412 yr Commercial Member To be honest, I tend to agree with those who are saying that the -200ER is the "core" of the 777 that is definitely lacking in the market. I totally understand why they didn't start with that one, but I'm really hoping they get around to it eventually. At the same time, at least the -300ER is popular enough to open up some real world operators/routes. Kyle Rodgers
May 12, 201412 yr I would very much like the 777-200ER and even the original 777-200. My favorite single aircraft is the 200LR, but I don't often have the time to fly the ultra-long-haul flights for which it is most suited. I know there are some shorter RW LR routes, but the capabilities of the LR are overkill for, say, CYYZ to EGLL. I prefer flying a 200 or 200ER that requires some altitude planning and imposes other limits. Some of my favorite liveries are for the 200 and 200ER -- old UAL blue-grey (first RW 777 I ever flew on), Continental Peter Max (although I know there might be copyright obstacles for repainters to paint it on a PMDG model), As another poster said, I don't like to fly the LR with fictional liveries. Flying US-Europe I am pretty sure there are far more ERs than LRs or Ws, and this may be true flying US-Asia as well, at least if one looks primarily at US carriers. Also, ERs are quite capable of flying very long-haul flights, such as SFO to Sydney, Newark to Mumbai, Newark to Hong Kong. Just have to be very careful with fuel and payload weights and runway lengths! Before PMDG, I used to fly PSS-Opensky merges to get the 200s & 200ERs, but, given that the PSS-supplied base aircraft were also LRs and Ws, these were makeshift at best. I am very much looking forward to finally having all or most of the three engine types in PMDG-quality, accurately-modeled 200ERs (and 200s if possible). I am assuming that the upcoming 300ER, being similar in many ways to the 200LR, will not be nearly as expensive as the 200LR base model. Personally, I would be willing to pay somewhat more for 200ERs and 200s than one would normally expect to pay for a variant of an existing product, given the greater difference between the base package LR and the variant 200s.
