Greetings to another Airliners.net forums reader. Big%20Grin.gif

Excellent, I would love to see one ( or both) of my daughters Captain an airliner. Alas, they don't seem to have the bug, not so far at least. Coincidentally my eldest is named Isabelle with the exact same spelling.

Good to see that sort of thing. It's no surprise to me though, when I train people, I have actually noticed that the women I train are usually much better students, more receptive to stuff and better at taking in complex procedures, don't know why that should be the case, but I have noticed it is.

Back in the flight sim world, I always name my own VA's aeroplanes after pioneering women aviatrixes, because I think it is a nice touch to honour people who were pioneers in more ways than one.

In 2005 I had an all female crew on a Aloha flight from Hilo to Honolulu. I seem to remember them all being very easy on the eyes :)

The airline I used to work for had one of the first all female crews back in the 90's

Need a few good women to shake up the ole boys club. All for the best really.

I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

That's great. One of my friends and flight school classmates piloted the first all female "Marine One" helicopter in 2009.

One young lady I trained with many years ago was as good as you can get. That is until she got behind the steering wheel of a car. She was scary!!! It was a real transformation.

Hi

Back when I took a few flying lessons in real life my flight instructor was a pretty young girl and she was half Swedish and hot! Half of me was thinking how can I learn to fly this thing and the other half was thinking how can I get this woman into bed! Needless to say I didn't succeed at both!

I was talking to my wife about this today, and she made me laugh when she said: 'yeah, but who is going to park it for them when they get to Mexico City airport?'

My wife is actually a very good driver, and she can park her car in spaces I wouldn't even consider, but I replied 'what, you really think women are that bad at parking?', and she said, 'go up the road and watch the supermarket car park for five minutes, let's face it, most of them are crap at it.'

I have often wondered if that is "crap driving skills" or "couldn't give a s**t attitude", there is a difference!!

Hard to say, but one thing I do know, is that I've had cars crashed into three times in my life, and never once was it a woman who crashed into them.
