October 31, 201213 yr How about the southern tip of Africa. Start with Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula and then move north and east into the mountains and valleys of the Western Cape. There is a great coastline that can be included with this region.
November 1, 201213 yr After a flight I did into Greece yesterday, I have to reconsider my previous post. While I think Alaska should still be the priority, Southeast Europe is also beautifully mountainous with some good potential. It's hard really...Orbx could make any locale look awesome.
November 1, 201213 yr The remaining parts of northern British Columbia, the Yukon and the NorthWest Territories of Canada would be my choice.. I realise that is a big area that might not get done all at once. I would like to see the rest of northern British Columbia added as a start, though. There's some spectacular mountain and lake flying to be had there and a good number of small airports..

November 4, 201213 yr You mean as in... the rain thereof falls mainly on the plain? Kind regards, Absolutely Stephen, I probably spend more time flying in Spain, when in Europe, than any other country. Don't know why, I just love the country. I think it is so ready to by Orbxfied too B) HowardMSI Mag B650 Tomahawk MB, Ryzen7-7800X3D CPU@5ghz, Arctic AIO II 360 cooler, Nvidia RTX4090 GPU, 32gb DDR5@6000Mhz, SSD/2Tb+SSD/500Gb+OS, Corsair 1000W PSU, LG Ultragear 48"4K, MFG Crosswinds, TQ6 Throttle, Fulcrum One YokeMy FlightSim YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@skyhigh776

November 9, 201213 yr Any one for Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia? I'll vote for that - took an Archer around the Cape Breton Highlands last year; the landscape was incredible:
November 9, 201213 yr Any place where its mountainous, Plus where there are large bodies of water, The Airport is considered dangerous and/or tricky to land, 1) Bhutan Paro (although there is not much water...but there is a river) 2) South America (Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport in Cali,) 3) Caribbeans. (Puerto Rico, Bahamas,,,,etc) Most of the ones out there are horrible. I think I am going senile.. I already posted this quote "North East US (NY City area to Rhode Island, Connecticut... area.. is not a bad idea... Its quite similar to what Orbx has done in Australia. I'd like the DFW area and western Texas, but that it may not be very popular. Florida (southern) is badly needed...and Puerto Rico is an awesome place and so is Bahamas. So we can fly from Florida and all the carribean Islands (Particularly where there are no good sceneries already). Nepal, Bhutan and the Himalayas is a good one... extending to some good spots in the far east... it would connect Europe to Australia for long flights. Focus on the Islands rather than the large swaths of land.... this would give a perception of large areas to fly over. So South east Asia with all those Islands is a good idea to extend Oz... to Asia. Islands are low handing fruits in terms of performance as well as taking advantage of the water bodies to give a perception of covering large areas. Some areas in South America... particularly where there are dangereous airports like the one in Hondoras... and also airport Cali, Columbia and the mountain areas there...... The airport where there was an AA Crash." Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
