Guys if you see texture bleeding and have MegaScenery, make sure KPhX is sitting above MegaScenery in the scenery library.

If you remove the KPHX_alt.bgl you will have texture problems upon arrival from another airport. Each file has a specific purpose ;-)

Additionally as mentioned make sure your mesh settings are close to what is described in the manual. None of these settings affect framerate.

I had it at 90 and 2 respectively. Hmmm.. you think that was the issue?

Manny

As Jim said and also as written in the manual, Mesh Complexity and Resolution need to be set at 100 and 1m respectively.

I read the manual while I was downloading and then forgot to set my Mesh Resolution to 1 meter from the 5 meters I had it set at and I had all kinds of ground display items. A quick slid to the right of 1 meter fixed it as the manual told me to do. I guess I was so excited to see the airport I forgot to change the setting before loading.

I can only imagine how many people are going to post this issue without having had a quick glance through the PDF.

BTW, Manny, you're having a tough night. First UT2 now KPHX :-) LOL, you better shut the rig off and go watch tv before something else goes wrong, hahaha.

But there is an issue... When coming in to land, I can see the runway lights. (You can see it in tha screenshot as well) .but when I got closer on short final, the lights on the runway went away.. it was just dark runway

Installed my Hummer H2 and cruising around the airport. Don't care what airport might be next from Mir and Flightbeam as I know it will be the best quality!

I was coming from KLAX on heading 082 and had a potential issue. I stress potential. I was coming in to land (left runway) and got a collision. Nothing i could see was in sight, and i don't think i clipped anything. I did hear traffic called out but didn't see anything before the collision. I am not saying there is an issue, but it sure blew the trip into Phoenix!

BTW i was just below 500 feet when the collision occurred, maybe 100 yards from the edge of the runway.

Any log file i can look at to get more data on this?

Where do I download that?

What runway was it? If you get a chance log this into our support forum for better issue tracking. I will have to look into this. For now, I would turn off crash detection to avoid this type of situation, especially after a long flight!

I will definitely turn it off now! I am not sure the runway. I was on a heading of 082 and saw a single runway on the left, and then two runways on the right. I was trying to land on the far left runway.

Thanks for the help!

great add on, enjoying it very much today! nice one guys
