UK2000 Edinburgh V3 released

Featured Replies

Gary has released his latest scenery, plus a 30% discount to previous purchasers of Edinburgh. Looks as great as ever!

Cheers, SLuggy

I do not have a signature. Why are you reading this?

Does it really look that good ?

The only direct experience I have of UK2000 scenery is some of the ancient FS2004 freeware ( which isn't really all that good, with the cardboard cutout trees - but hey, it's free )

I have seen screenshots of UK2000 FSX scenery which are very impressive but I don't have enough computer BMEP to run FSX.

Got to give the guy credit for still supporting FS2004...

Does it really look that good ?

In my opinion, some of the best Airport scenerty available, particularly for UK simmers.

Regular updates to products mean the airports mirror their r/w counterparts.

I'm a couple of screenshots away from the Paypal button here

If you mean the original promo screenshots from UK2000, don't pay attention to them!

Gary has never hired a screenshot artist and the images he presents don't even have proper anti-aliasing/edition and say nothing about the product.

But the product is excellent. I've got a few of his masterpieces (EGLL, EGKK, EGLC, EGCC and EGBB) and I agree they belong to the best addons out there.

I have never heard of anyone being disappointed with UK2000 scenery.

Plus, you can download the full working version to see what it's about.

It will have a giant blue box all over the runway... but you'll see how good the scenery is.

I lived with that for a while on some of the sceneries.

But the marketing model worked: sooner or later, I had signed up for the working edition!

And Mr. Summons will even accommodate you with a freeware version if you can't spring for the real thing.

The guy's a real asset to flight simulation.

Thanks for the update!

Hear, Hear! :clapping:

In complete and total agreement.

Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

UKXtreme scenery is up there with the best available for FS2004. I have never been disappointed with any of this series of airports and will now buy them as soon as they are released without even waiting for any reviews.

Definitely agree with everyone else, his scenery is brilliant, I own

All of them.

The only Part I don't like about his work is the UK tag ;) His talents are definitely needed in other regions of the world!

I have most of his stuff and will definitely try this out after my current flight.

Never been dissapointed in many years of using UK2000
