September 23, 201213 yr Does it only happen at Phoenix? If so you should contact FlightBeam or uninstall/reinstall the product. Does it happen in DX9 too? Or is it just when you turn on DX10 Preview? It's possible that FlightBeam did not make this scenery compatible but any scenery made for FSX should be compatible and working properly. I've run out of ideas.... Oh, I saw one post at http://www.simforums.com/forums/utx-usa-flightbeam-kphx_topic42774.html where the lighting does not co-exist with UTX-USA. Not sure if this problem is related though. October 23, 201213 yr Imaginesim Singapore WSSS Only works during the Day, White Buildings and no runways etc at other times which is weird. Disappointing!!
October 23, 201213 yr Up to 3PD to make their scenery DX10 compatible, I'm not saying that fixes can't be found with the good work of Steve and others here but when you buy an addons always look to see if they are DX10 compatible, that's they only one I buy.
October 23, 201213 yr Ive contacted steve about this problem and this was his answer: Hi there, I have investigated the grey buildings and now understand exactly what goes wrong. I have an idea for a fix, but it’s a lot of work. The problem only happens with fs8 style bgl files. Any scenery that uses the XML format introduced in fs9 is ok as far as I can see. Steve The uk2000 runway markings is the same underlying problem,it just exhibits itself In a slightly different way. I also see two sets of lights. AMD 7800X3D, 64GB 6000MHz CL30, INNO3D RTX 4080, Windows 11.

October 24, 201213 yr FSDT's ORD doesn't work entirly work, the green center taxi lights do not work. Umberto confirmed that it'll never work as it's not DX10 compatible. Dang. Still testing DX10, like some of the thing, don't like the others. I'll report back later. Jacek G. October 24, 201213 yr BlueSky is OK in DX10. My UTX USA lights work fine if I look right at them, but blink if I look slightly away... but it did that in dx9 too sometimes, so i don't think it's a DX10 thing. The only other odd thing is Carenado B58 strobes will flash as a block once, then be fine after.. but it always flashes as a block on the first blink (TrackIR) when looking over the wings.
October 28, 201213 yr Does anybody have some experience with Switzerland Professional X in DX-10? I do get grass textures on runways and taxiways (see example LSMD) If I change in fsx.cfg back to D3D10=0 the texture looks fine again Andreas Furger

October 29, 201213 yr Is this limited to just this airport? When I first installed the patch all of my runways and taxiways disappeared in most of my airports, and I do beleive it was as simple as reinstalling the patch properly (this was before the installer was released) so I reccomend running the installer again and just making sure that there is not Shaders10 folder in C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FSX
