My ASE is also unable to connect with the servers. I have raised a support ticket, hopefully we will soon get answers.

Same here, hope the problem will be found and solved soon because I was just about to start a flight but don't want to without having the real world weather during the flight. Guess I'll just have to tell the PAX there will be a short delay of our departure due to problem with the weather (servers) :lol:

Oddly enough, the ASV6.5 servers are working at 1420 UTC...

Boy that just rips it. Haha. I had to buy ASE because they wouldn't support Active Sky 6.5, but now ASE is down and 6.5 is working?!?. Just my luck. Haha. Man I hope they fix this soon.

This is getting old with this company and their servers. This is happening more and more lately. Here it is middle of the day and nothing from anyone at the company even with support tickets submitted. You would think someone from HiFi would have an email alert or something sent to them when this happens so they can post a quick update on their site letting users know what is going on. In this day and age with smart phones and instant email ability and accessing websites from mobile devices, this is unacceptable.

same issue here with AS2012....seems the server problems are becomming more "common" over the past couple weeks/months

Getting the same issue down my end. (EGLL) AS2012 offline mode has been enabled though. Good enough for now I guess, but I'm guessing from the replies above this is becoming a common issue?

Yeah been happening way to often and this non communication is ridiculous. This wasn't a cheap product.

Same here, Still no luck with downloading the weather. From what I'm reading this problem is a few hours old. You should expect an official announcement from the team. I also have submitted a ticket.

Such a shame that the developer chooses not to communicate with his customers via the platform which most probably is solely responsible for the success of his product.
