December 15, 201213 yr Sadly this will not be the last act of this nature and it will not get any better until guns are not available at all........ Don't turn this political. Just remember the innocent victims. Randy Swofford

December 15, 201213 yr I AM SO MAD AND CONFUSED TODAY! what the **** is going on in society? Plumbing the depth of the evil and the sickness of man. and it will not get any better until guns are not available at all........ I doubt that will be of any comfort to the similar madness that has occurred in China. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/05/13/world/asia/13china.html?pagewanted=all
December 15, 201213 yr It hit the office like a ton of bricks because a number of people live right there and their children have friends in that community. Those of you who have children know the feeling I'm talking about and you could see it in every parents face as they heard the news. Life is so cruel, I feel so terrible for those families and for that community.
December 15, 201213 yr I never mentioned polotics at all and I never implied that politics should be involved in any way unless people are not able to make decisions for themselves. I was stating a fact and thats all
December 15, 201213 yr so heartbroken for those parents. i just wanted to rush to the school and pull mine out when i heard it on the radio. i don't know how they can ever get over it. so, so sad.
December 15, 201213 yr I doubt that will be of any comfort to the similar madness that has occurred in China. Yes this was an article I read earlier showing a timeline of school shootings around the world. As per the article it happens in many places as we are all human, and these are very unfortunate events that can happen anywhere. http://www.cbc.ca/ne...-shootings.html Bare in mind that the USA has the third highest population in the world, but when you break it down on a per capita basis the numbers look a lot different. It is a great country all things considered. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
December 15, 201213 yr When I saw this at work I was thankful that my work location is somewhat secluded...nobody saw the tears. :( Best Regards,Robert Kerr 3D Modeler & Texture Artist
December 15, 201213 yr As per the article it happens in many places as we are all human, and these are very unfortunate events that can happen anywhere. Well... my point there - it has occurred w/o guns involved. Just unimaginable tragedy.
December 15, 201213 yr Well... my point there - it has occurred w/o guns involved. Just unimaginable tragedy. Oh yes, I see what you mean now. Terrible tragedy. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
December 15, 201213 yr This is absolutely terrible, my deepest of sympathies go out to the families involved in this tragic event. :( Thanks, Kevin L
December 15, 201213 yr Truly dreadful. And sad too is the refusal of some people to accept that ready access to guns of all kinds can only mean that such incidents will be more prevalent. Massacres happen elsewhere of course. And you don't need a gun. But as a Brit living in a country where the wretched things are generally inaccessible I can only wonder at what it is that convinces so many in US society that it's a good thing that almost anyone can have one. After the Dunblane massacre in this country we changed the law and banned domestic ownership of handguns. Could such a move ever happen in the US? I'm not being 'political' or seeking to stir knee-jerk reactions. I'm just so saddened about this tragedy. Surely it's right to hope that something positive might yet come from it? Ian
