I guess primarilly the fact that they are : - The largest operator of 777's - The operator of the 1,000th 777 - Lots of destinations-many people who go to their airport in Europe, Asia and Oceania will see one (maybe not a 777 mind) - And, maybe just the scheme. I think Emirates does cargo here as well unless that one 747 was a diversion to ORD. And, maybe just the scheme. The gold lettering making it very "rich" very "exclusive" giving it an impression of "luxary" (which the airline holds, mind), along with the Green,Red and black tail, put into one streak at the back, can look very effective I do like the gold lettering but Qatar in my view blends sophistication and simplicity rather well, I love their Oryx logo on the tail. May 18, 201313 yr That Emirates livery just look good. And probably going to be mostly used by me when it is released. Just wondering if i have purchase Flytampa´s Dubai. Aerologic is another welcomed livery. It´s hard to wait to get it and fly out from Frankfurt and Leipzig.
