Its been confirmed that its coming today

Where did you see that confirmation?

Currently, driven by a lack of available sim time (and perhaps an overload in scenery addons) I don't buy addons as quick and as much as I used to do, but FlightBeam's KIAD will be an exception. Will buy it the minute it's out for sure!

I'm in the middle of a flight right now (YSSY-KDFW) but I'm going to purchase this RIGHT NOW!  :P  :P

PC Specs(Rebuilt 1/11/19): i7-9700K - Non-OC'd, EVGA RTX 2080ti, G.Skillz 16GB Ram 3000mhz, EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w PSU, Cooler Master ML360R, ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo, 2x 2TB HDD, 1x 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, 1x 220GB WD SSD

And there are plenty of RW flights between KIAD & KPHX for NGXs & AXEs... such a pity. ;-)

Got it!  FPS were great and the detail is awesome.  Well worth the $34.  Only thing I have a problem with is the People Movers.  They are all over the place and that's no longer the case.  But they don't seem to be taking up frames so can live with them.  Great job to the team at Flightbeam! :Applause:

Best regards,

I got it and spent an hour+ flying around it in a helicopter.  It's rock-solid.

  • Gorgeous.  Beautiful terminals (inside and out) and a couple of people here and there.
  • Airport vehicles moving around...really well done.
  • Textures are wonderful and on par with FlyTampa Tampa v2.
  • The entire airport including outer buildings is covered.
  • Absolutely love the trees.
  • Nice, small touches everywhere

In terms of performance

  • Framerates are good but, where I get about 22 frames on takeoff roll in the J41 (fairly tough on frames) at Tampa, I only get about 16-17 with this one...possibly due to the 'volumetric' grass?  Still, smooth enough.
  • Some minor slight flickering here and there...under the jetways and a couple of windows.  Nothing bad at all.

My only wishes would be a way to turn off the grass (to get better frames) and--as always with airport add-ons--more of the surrounding area around the airport.

Very pleased, though.

I cannot wait until winter arrives so I can use those pretty winter textures all the time. It's always great looking, but the winter look just adds to things. Great job as always.
