August 2, 201312 yr Folks,I was onboard AA78 the other day (AA's new 77W's are AMAZING) and was lucky enough to go air to air with an American Airlines ( New livery) Boeing 777-223ER. Amazing! It WAS a lot closer, but Heathrow Director finished their coffee break and realised the situation, and had to seperate us out, just as i was reaching for my camera. August 2, 201312 yr Wow, I bet alarms for ATC conflict alerting system and aircraft TCAS were going nuts. I think its pretty rare to see another aircraft that close when not on a short final. Nice video. Chuck Biggins
