August 5, 201312 yr The OMDB landing....holy cow I watched it 3 times! Amazing is putting it mildly. Chris Sunseri
August 5, 201312 yr My nightlights are fine! Perhaps you should try using DX10.....And get more frames at the same time. Your nightlight might work fine but good luck seeing the runway or the airport on that matter at Munich at night using DX10. I tried it, and it is a great idea. I just got my first ooom the other day sitting at kjfk with ftx-global, utx usa, pmdg 747-8, and fsdt jfk v2. I think it was bound to happen. Until the night textures are fixed ill stick with dx9 =) If I was able to switch between dx9 and 10 without restaring the sim I would of stuck with dx10. Kacper Nowotynski
August 5, 201312 yr Guys I'm sure you have more time then me in regards to flight sim... I fly for a global airline that operates the the 777ER and the 77W. I fly the 744 at this airline, but have been in the Jumpseat on the 777 many times and I can tell you from the vidoes this is not as real as it gets... This is as real as it will ever be. Instead of looking for things that are wrong (which personally from the vidoes I can't see) let's praise these guys for amazing (which isn't even a big enough word) work they've done. The engine start sequence is just how it is in the level D sim (the only 777 time I have ).
August 5, 201312 yr but have been in the Jumpseat on the 777 many times and I can tell you from the vidoes this is not as real as it gets... Heart attack symptoms emerged in my chest This is as real as it will ever be. I feel better now.
August 5, 201312 yr Author I can tell you from the vidoes this is not as real as it gets... You kinda scared me.
August 5, 201312 yr Wow this is just so impressive I can't believe it!Virtual cockpit is absolutely astonishing. Flight dynamics already "look" very realistic despite the fact I haven't flown this thing yet. Gotta love the sounds as well. In the NGX it always felt like a few sounds were missing. Sounds from touchdown, rolling etc are now much better. Also love these little sounds like speedbrake retracting to the down position. Wing view sounds now actually use cabin sounds and that's great! Also love what they did with the engines spooling up. In the NGX it always felt like the engines were very very slow at stabilizing comparing it to videos I saw on YouTube. They seemed to have done this spot-on now. When you make a thrust change, it takes a few seconds for the engines to get going but once they are spooling up they sorta get a boost and then stabilize immediately at the position you set the thrust levers at. The engines on the 737 behave this way as well but the ones in the NGX don't really do that as far as I can tell. Waiting for 40% N1 stable just takes aaaages. Arjen Vandervelde
August 6, 201312 yr Awesome videos! I look forward to the Triple 7's release. Thank you for all of the previews! Chuck Rogers Intel Core i7-7700k 4.2 GHz, Nvidia GTX 1080Ti (11 Gb), 32 Gb Ram, Three paralleled 1 Gb Samsung Evo SSDs.
August 6, 201312 yr STOP SHOWING THESE BLASTED 777 VIDEOS!!!! I don't like flying heavies and every time I see one of these videos I want to search for a "BUY NOW" button, its killing me and its probably gonna kill my wallet too :( sometimes I think the FSX community is worse than STEAM Sales.....
August 6, 201312 yr Hasn't anyone noticed the rack pin *perhaps not the right word* rotating as the flaps came up in the KPAE vid? The moving actuators INSIDE the wing ? Holy ....
August 6, 201312 yr And another one! Listen to those sounds! :clapping: Looks like a 777 300/ER. They have corrected the position of the gauges in the backup instruments. But the metal casing is still not corrected. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Emirates/Boeing-777-31H/0280071/L/&sid=753a6642e670a79ed75eb75bff7d995f The bars of the casing on the side and the upper part are only half as thin than on the base. But I know it is not finished yet. Roland Schmalzl
August 6, 201312 yr I am glad to see videos of the 777 are up and the sounds you have in the are real cool

I'm not being mean to you here, i just want to know, becuase i'd rather something small like that get fixed later along the lines.....I wouldn't notice the difference -ANDY GREENFlight Diary Account : http://flightdiary.net/SpeedBird7735 Hours experience in Grob 115, 30 minutes in Grob 102 10 Hours in Grob 109 PLUS SOLO! 23rd November 2013!
