Apron/ramp lighting illumination i.e. Aircraft being illuminated by apron flood lighting - either by using the aircraft's effects files or by using some clever trick with the lightning strike illumination. (Notice how the aircraft's exterior lights up whenever there's a lightning strike nearby?)

The surprise doesn't have anything to do with sounds.

I remember seeing a screenshot of the cargo door and even in a video about the moving door handle on the cargo door, never seen it before (but that doesn't mean that no one else has it) but it's pretty cool!

It's been done before.

 

The NGX has moving door handles too, so nothing new there for PMDG either.

A fully simulated ground friction model under icy/slushy/wet conditions

It's kinda hard to figure out, what haven't been suggested so far.
