I am also waiting for it dude. I tried to paint but i don't know how to paint.

Heres what i would love to see somebody do, the Continental Airlines Peter Max 777!

 

Avsim won't allow it in their library because of copyright protection (read two posts below).

 

 

Some of the post indicated that AVSIM would not permit a Peter Max repaint to be uploaded to the library because of the threats. It would be interesting to hear from the AVSIM moderators as to their current position on this repaint.

That is correct. He definitely is protective of his copyrights, and we do not  allow repaints of his works to be placed in our library. Any operator of a library would be taking a big risk hosting his works.

If a painter is willing to ask Peter for permission, specifically mentioning uploading it to the AVSIM Library and can show me the full email response giving approval, with header in place, I will be more than happy to get out Lib Managers to alter our position. It has been quite a while since anyone asked, as far as I am aware, and maybe it is time to do so again.
