Can anyone tell me what are these and why I can't get to remove them?

Let the pictures talk. I always start my flights from the default cold and dark state, btw.

I hope someone can help.

Thanks!!

Part of the testing setup I would think. It's the flight test package, turn it off in "PMDG Setup"/Aircraft/ Equipment/page 4 3rd item down.

Flight test package, remove via pmdg setup > aircraft > equipment

There is the option "test equipment" somewhere in your FMC settings. Deselect it...

are you sure about that? It looks more like flight test package to me...

It looks like the flight test package that I read about in the PMDG 777 intro document.  I wonder how many posts on Avsim would not exist if everyone took 15 minutes to read the intro document the day they downloaded the 777 ??

May be the flight test package. However could be you lost your water skiers probably from exceeding the flight envelope. Better go back and find them.

Don't listen to these other posters... It's part of the flight test package. Definitely.

You're all having it wrong.

It's the flight test package, try disabling it.

If that doesn't work add this to your fsx.CFG

[PMDG 777-200LRX]
FlighTestPackage=False

Hope that helps.

It's probably the flight test package.

Actually, the right answer should be different, if we read the question carefuly enough.

Yes.

No.

"Can anyone tell me what are these" - Yes

"and why I can't get to remove them?" - No (any atempt to answer here would be pure speculation)

Actually you're all wrong. It's the mardi gras decorations. From the PROG page, type WOODPIGEON into the scratchpad and press LSK1R. The small cones on the end emit fireworks and streamers, and some really corny salsa music plays over the PA system.

One of the many easter eggs PMDG added for your enjoyment.
