...Meanwhile, on the other side of the world: I bought Drzewiecki Design's Miami City 2012 (I think on a sale, impulse buy, I have no affinity with this part of the world.)

I found it strangely dissatisfying, so added LatinVFR's KMIA.

In an attempt to improve performance, distant buildings pop progressively into view, but this leads to strange isolated things sticking out of the landscape.

 

 

I have no idea what Miami looks like (other than extremely, very, flat), I thought it was lush green tropical, with alligators.

 

 

Anyway, it's a destination in the FS9 world, in the bottom right corner of the US of A

 

 

Nice shots WingZ! I have both of those sceneries, the only thing I don't like about Miami city scenery is there is no heliports or hospitals to land helicopters on. They have AFCADs for some of them, but when you go there it's just a patch of grass, no buildings.

Very nice, I do like the moving yoke in 2D, it adds so much to the immersion.

Always nice to dig in the toy box, and come up with a favourite not fully explored: France VFR Alsace in this case.

 

 

The autogen placement in these photoreal sceneries always amazes...

 

 

And, make a great backdrop for doing... other stuff.

1. Is that that Nemeth EC-120? If it is where did you get that paint LX-HGC? It is very nice.

 

2. How did you do that formation flying shot??

I can't see any reference in the aircraft.cfg unfortunately.
