Though I know your being sarcastic with that lol,I have learned my lesson, I've learned to not post in the PMDG forum again since I get flamed for asking a simple question and stating that I'm not interested in the -300. To be honest I don't have time to read all of the topics here I have 400 level classes 5 days a week plus tons of homework and then a job. When the 744 does come out I'll be happy to ask my dad anything anyone wants to know but I'll do it through PM as I don't want to post on the PMDG forum and get flamed again. I'm not being butthurt I just don't think that it was right for everyone to jump on my case especially Tabs since I'm a loyal paying customer and that sort of reaction to my post leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question if I'll be flying the 744V2 or not.

To be fair you said "you could care less" ( I think you meant "couldn't care less")  about their product. That in itself is kind of insulting. I get your point but text doesn't always convey emotion . You mention you don't have time because of school. Does this mean the others that reply do so therefore they should answer your questions instead of you searching the forum ( although updates are stickied at the top)? Your lack of time is an excuse for others to take their time to answer? See what I mean by can look insulting? Again I fully understand your point.

Since I paid the $90 to be able to fly the 777 I think that says I do care about and enjoy there work but since I will never own the 777-300 its release wont affect me in anyway so in essence it wouldn't hurt my feelings if they had never decided to develop the -300 and went on to the 744V2 but that is their right to make the -300 and I know it will sell very well. But for myself Id rather have the 744V2 or DC-6 instead of the -300 once again those are my personal feelings. As for the sticky topics those aren't always the most up to date. So I just figured I'd ask to see if anyone had heard anything since I don't have the time to wade through the 10 or so pages of topics since I last visited the PMDG forum around the time of the release of 777X while others who are on these forums everyday might have info that didn't get put into the sticky.

Grrr. Im quite happy with the way the 777 works now and I could careless about the 300ER since United doesn't have any....

I know but its close enough for me especially since no one beside Captainsim has made a 777 for FSX and the CS777(Which I own) still has a lot of issues. I don't think there is a whole lot of difference in the -200LR and the -200 besides larger fuel tanks.

Um no all I'm saying is that if they weren't making it wouldn't affect me since I'm not going to buy it anyway. I'm glad for those that want it that they are making it. Why is everyone so upset about me saying I don't want to own the -300??? Sorry I don't share you enthusiasm about an external model and some tweaks to make it like the -300. In the end its still a pretend airplane that lives in the pretend FSX world in the universe of data that is my hard drive

. It doesn't really diminish their work due to one judgement David made. It is also not really insulting by David saying the couldn't care less. His opinion is his and not for anyone to force. If he wants the 747 V2 and not the 300ER. How does that really affect you? If he said 777-300 by PMDG will be a horrible plane, worst one yet. I can tell they will screw up like SEGA did when Sony were starting out. Then that is insulting. Either way these Forums are for help and discussion lads. Let us listen to our favourite song and fly the 200LR across the globe. Or do something that makes you happy.

If anyone heard anything and it's not in a sticky post by PMDG it is just pure speculation and does not mean jack. If you don't want to wade through the forums page by page use the search function.
