I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

First Beta or RTM?  I'm expecting a lot longer of a long haul for the RTM, Luke.

(Oh, and happy arrival-into-the-world anniversary, btw)

Beta - and thanks :-P

What? You beta-testers haven't yet started beta testing the 300ER? Ok, I guess I will have to wait at least until next winter before I can put my hands on the 777...

RPLL-RJAA or something along those lines. Manila is coming reallllllll soooooon B)

I'm with you there! That PAC-Sim scenery is coming along nicely. Probably run PAL's RPLL - CYYZ route myself.

My first flight will be EDDV -----> OMDB

Please read Rob's latest posts. 300ER is not holding back SP1 in the slightest.

I was actually venting (read as "whining petulantly") to Ryan the other day about not having a 200ER.  My dad just flew an epic journey from here (DC) to Sydney and around Asia in general for work.  Most of the flights were 200ERs and I'm too obsessive compulsive to fly the 200LR in fictional colors, or on a route that an airline doesn't use it.  At least with the 300ER, there are real airlines that use it on the route pairs he flew.

Glad to know I'm not the only one to suffer from this OCD affliction, as I too only fly liveries/models if they are served on the real route with the same exact equipment.   Even down to the same gate and departure time/day, with ASN historical weather to match.

I really hope PMDG will release a 200ER, I really really want to replicate the real flight I took last summer between EGLL and VOBL in a BA 200ER.   Flying this "epic" flight in the LR just won't cut it for me.

I'm thinking of doing a KPAE - OMDB as a 'Delivery Flight'. I'm not sure why but whenever I purchase a new boeing aircraft, I fly from KPAE to whichever airport I plan to fly from. After arriving at OMDB, I will most likely head towards ESSA.

Looking at DFW-GRU or JFK-LHR with the AAL 77W

a short haul flight in high or moderate turbulence....

I think that since I will be flying IRL DFW to Heathrow and back next week, I'll recreate that flight.
