Hi all

Here is my problem:

PMDG has close my account without no reason and I can't find anything to contact them, I no longer have access to the pmdg bae jetstream product which was collect my paypal account and I wish an immediate refund because I did not pay for a non-existent product and an account block like that from one day to the next. If someone can tell me how to contact them to get a refund until I go file a complaint complaint to the police and go to court for fraud. I'm french so excuse me if there are mistakes because I use bing translation.

 

pmdg don't close any account for no good reasons at all,  far as refunds go as far as I know pmdg don't do refunds on downloads at all. if you didnt pay for the pmdg 4100 than why your asking for  a refund  than.
 
Your best bet is to submit  support ticket which requires a separate login details

PMDG download links are time-limited. If the link has expired, and you do not have the installer and/or a backup of the installer available, you do need to purchase the extended download service for your product from the PMDG shop, and submit a support ticket after that.

Someone there will gladly help you find your account information. My bet is that you just used a different account, or that you tried logging in too many times with the wrong password and it temporarily locked you out (this is pretty standard for any type of username/password authentication system).

This sure reads very close to one we had a few weeks back. Turns out, as Ryan posted, that fella blocked payment then complained that he couldn't get the product... after blocking payment.  Sure, this could be a case of bad timing and language barriers but the posts are so similiar it's suspicious.

After many years in IT I have come to the conclusion that the general public are not actually literate or able to follow simple instructions. Sort of like a zoo animal - clever, but best appreciated when caged and otherwise confined to a "safe and secure - - - - environment"

Be great if you put your name in the post as per rules. Now PMDG is a very very honorable company, so no need for threats. Have you raised a help ticket with them to sort out your issues. If not, then suggest you complete the form..see link and see if this resolves your concerns.
