August 30, 201510 yr Thank you Mr Kraemer, but I'd already checked the junk folder. Also, no reply from Customer Services to my query, sent through their website. I'll have to take your word about PCAviator reliability, as I'd currently rate them 0/10 !
August 30, 201510 yr Update: Having had no response (after 48 hrs) to my query through their website form, I emailed directly to the address given in their FAQ's: [email protected] This has "bounced" with Hotmail saying unable to deliver. Can someone confirm PCAviator is still in business, please?

August 30, 201510 yr Something is not right on your end. I purchased it yesterday as a guest and had the download immediately and three emails concerning the purchase (invoice, download link and registration code) in less than 3 minutes. Jim Harnes
August 30, 201510 yr Thanks to all who are trying to help with this one. Interesting to hear that I'm not the only one they ignore. I'm UK based and so "Toll Free" numbers are no use from here. I once had a wonderful holiday in San Diego and wanted to reproduce the flight in and out of the airport, but wish I'd never heard of PCAviator now ! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal...
September 1, 201510 yr Is this compatible with P3Dv2+ or just P3D 1.4? I can't tell. Anyone install this with Orbx NCA? how does it look How I Evaluate Third Party Sim Addon Developers Refined P3Dv5.0 HF2 Settings Part1 (has MaddogX) and older thread Part 2 (has PMDG 747)
September 4, 201510 yr Alas, I've had to put in a refund claim to PayPal to try to get my money back on this one. After a whole week of trying to contact them, PCAviator still haven't replied with the download details. What a way to run a business!
September 22, 201510 yr Just back to say that PayPal have now refunded my money as PCAviator have consistently ignored my requests for a download link. Of course, I'd much rather have the airport!
September 22, 201510 yr Sorry to hear of your experience. I will make sure I never order anything from PCAviator. Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
September 22, 201510 yr Sorry to hear that. When you go to your Order history page and click on the order number does the link show there? I have ordered from them 10 different times and never had any problems.
September 22, 201510 yr Just back to say that PayPal have now refunded my money as PCAviator have consistently ignored my requests for a download link. Of course, I'd much rather have the airport! I'm glad you were able to get the money refunded, but I do not think that PC Aviator is deliberately ignoring you. I've done business with them for years, and have always found them to be immediately responsive to any issues. I would be willing to bet that this is an email server problem. Either your emails to them are being blocked at their end, or (much more likely) their emails to you are being blocked by your provider. I believe you mentioned in a previous post that you are using hotmail? That might be an issue. Hotmail, (Windows Mail) is sometimes quite heavy-handed in blocking incoming mail from particular domains. Even though the pcaviator.com mail server itself might not have any issues, if another system on the same network that pcaviator is connected to IS a source of spam, Microsoft Mail may be blocking the entire network. I used to administer a corporate mail system, and have encountered this exact situation with mail destined to hotmail/MSN/outlook (i.e. Microsoft mail services). There is no easy way to know if this is happening without contacting the support service at hotmail. When a mail provider blocks an entire network range of IP addresses, incoming mail from the blocked domains does not go into a "spam" or "junk" folder - it just never shows up at all. The lesson in all of this is that it is probably best to not make any online purchases as a "guest" - even for a one-off purchase. If you create an account, then at least you have an alternate way to download the product from the seller, and to verify that your payment has been received. September 22, 201510 yr Thanks for your sympathies.I haven't got an Order History page because I ordered as a guest. In fact I'm beginning to wonder if this whole thing was a ruse to get people to sign up for an account so they can be bombarded with offers! But perhaps I've been listening to too many conspiracy theories... ********************************************************************************** Mr Barrett, I see what you mean, but I've never had any similar issues with Hotmail before. Also, since PayPal have contacted PCAviator to ask why the link wasn't issued, surely they would have said that my email account apparently wasn't working. As it is, I've been left high and dry, with no explanation, so all a bit of a mystery
September 22, 201510 yr The communication of the U.S. store of PC Aviator has been non-existent for quite some time (do a forum search and compare the respective AVSIM topics). The Australian store is the exact opposite (Dean does respond). Interestingly enough, when the U.S. store was promoting their own PrimoCache development, the U.S. store sent out advertising e-mails, offering to contact Robert (from the U.S. store) personally via e-mail, in case any questions about PrimoCache would arise?!? What happened to AVSIM
