Yes and possibly no:

 

Under ProATC options, you should be able to disable the in sim green text. Haven't tested it though, as I like the green bar, when I have ProATC running on a separate computer.

I just installed PROatcX but not in a home network configuration (yet).

 

I just started testing their new version and so far all is working well. Very nice program.

Yes you will. No problems here through network.

Thanks for the numerous quick answers! I think, I'm going to give PRO ATC a try. I have been holding out for so long on an ATC program, but PRO ATC seems to be in a state now where it is worth the investment...

i tried it today (the updated version) with no luck.

 

I could ask for clearance, but when i asked to push back all i got was the BEEP advising i was on the wrong freq.  I tried all the airports freqs and still couldnt get permission to push..

This usually happens if do not import AIRAC, rebuild scenery (execute makerwy) and align the scenery with AIRAC, after the update.

 

Can you please post a log on the support forum and will figure out why this is happening.

Ok, thanks for the confirmation.

I have used Pro ATC X now on a few flights.   Since VoxATC, my preferred system is down right now until it gets updated I switched to Pro ATC X so I had something.    It's decent but on 2 of my 6 test flights with it I found that Pro ATC X became overloaded way to easy at busy airports to the point the radio jams and becomes busy.. permanently, aka, you can't make calls on the radio anymore, you just get the BEEEEEEP busy tone meaning the radio is busy.    It is rather annoying because there is no way to get it to unjam that I have found yet.   Anyone else experience this radio problem?    I tend to not get it when I don't load AI but load in to an airport with 60+ AI running around at the gates, aprons, all making calls in it is quite easy for the radio to be jammed open.   If it can't handle AI traffic on the ground properly then that is a deal breaker and I heavily regret the expensive price tag.  I hope it's just because I am doing something wrong and it's not a limitation of the software.

The current version has a confirmed bug where this can happen, please check the support forum for a workaround until a fix is released.

 

If you are running large amount of AI, it might ne wise to also turn of the "Background ATC chatter". Otherwise you will not get a change to proadcast as the frequency is almost always blocked.
