July 3, 20169 yr No matter what you do in ORBX, always re-install the latest libraries, even with Vector. It seems to iron out some of the kinks in installations. Lee H i9 13900KF 64GB Ram 24GB RTX 4090
July 3, 20169 yr I just installed Vector V4 and P3d V3.5 will not start. Maybe first run the vector config tool and run auto.config plus press apply when done... Works fine here :-) André
July 3, 20169 yr Hi! In my case, the first time i ran P3D after Vector 1.40 install, it took AGES to start. I didn´t killed the process and finally it started. The subsequent times worked ok. Maybe if you run p3d and forget it, it will manage to start? July 4, 20169 yr Hi! In my case, the first time i ran P3D after Vector 1.40 install, it took AGES to start. I didn´t killed the process and finally it started. The subsequent times worked ok. Maybe if you run p3d and forget it, it will manage to start? I ran into the same thing. It stuck on 70% loading for about 3 minutes then finally finished and all was well.

Same here, first load after v1.40 update took ages, since then as normal. July 4, 20169 yr Sim probably is reloading bunch of new vector data the first time it's run. If it only happens after the initial install then no biggie. Eric
July 7, 20169 yr I installed Vector 140 after a fresh install of Prepar3D v3.3.5, I followed the FTX Global installation PDF but I noticed a quick error popup that disappeared before I could read it. FTX Central started and I applied Global then downloaded and installed the ORBXLIBS. This is the second time I installed up Prepar3D v3.3.5 as the first install of Global resulted in the sim crashing after a few moments. The first time I ran Global I installed the LIBS directly from within FTX Central, again, I did see the error message which I could not read in time. Interestingly, the installer did not ask for my license info. I don't think I uninstalled all the Orbx items as well as I should and that resulted in having to run the Orbx registry repair tool. I will see if there is an error when I install Vector and the regions and post back. \Robert Hamlich/
