I highly reccomend Slava's seasonal textures:http://forum.simrussia.com/index.php?/topic/208-%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%B7%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B5-%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81%D1%82%D1%83%D1%80%D1%8B-xp-10/ They're incredibly easy to use, just drag/drop into the Custom Scenery folder, and look great. I can't fly in winter without them anymore. They aren't dynamic like ShePooley's script, but that script isn't perfect so I prefer doing it manually. You can edit the regions that experience snow via a png file in the package. What snow ? where ? those few streaks ? Sorry but it doesn't convince me at all. The pictures don't really do it justice. Trust me, it looks amazing when you see it in the sim

Not in 11.0, but Ben and Austin have talked about doing shader based seasons in the future, which would allow for snow to build up and melt, display over orthos, etc. They haven't given any timeline though.
