I doubt that a developer would go to this amount of trouble without some form of memorandum of understanding.

An "approval" is probably dependent of the quality of the final product and intended use.

I was being sarcastic...  I've seen a few previews of various jets and nothing has come out yet.

Their website indicates they are trying to raise funds in order to help finish this G550 project, hopefully enough folks who are looking forward to finally having a G550 will help them out.

breaking news, we had an aog overnight last night.  Engineer said it was some sort of fuel cap (i think) that was broke.  We had to source one from another airline who charged us 3 US Dollars for the fuel cap thingy, and 650 US dollars "admin fee." 

Because we had no form of authorised credit with the said airlines spares stores we had to get the captain to put 653 dollars + tax on his credit card as they didnt trust us to pay...

Flight went 1 hour late..  Now thats a scam and youve got to love the USA!!

what does the USA have to do with it?  It's the airline that bent ya over.
