There is also the NL2000 Scenery package. They cover a lot of danish airports, but only the ones updated to v4.10 are V4 compatible I believe.

Danish airports ? You mean Dutch airports .All airports are working in V4.

The airports versions are only what they looked at that moment.

You can use them in V4. The newer the version the more up to date they look.

If the photo scenery is too heavy for your system you can use the airports + libraries + 3D folders.

Then you will have the LC ground textures with the custom objects too.

That is what I did. I will get the phooreal once I upagrade the system. I initially had only the airports which were updated to V4.10. Now downloading a few of the older ones. An amazing freeware package.

I use MSE Netherlands instead of the NL2000 photo scenery.

That matches the photo scenery Belgium 2012 and FTX Germany better.

If you do a search for Archangelsk ULAA, you'll find a superb (and huge) free scenery package for FSX (also works in P3D V4.1 if you install it manually)

Hi Chock,

I know you posted that a month ago, but I've just found time to install some more add-on sceneries to my P3D4.1 installation.

The ZIP for the Arkhangelsk sceney contains an installer EXE and three JPEG images, plus a readme in Russian. So how did you install it "manually"? I only have P3D4.1 installed on my cockpit setup, and the installer gives me an error

Internal error: Failed to get a non empty installation "AppId"

gives gives me no clue. Do i have to make a dummy FSX installation, install it for FSX, then copy the files over?

[LATER]

Okay, I think I answered that myself. I'm installing it okay on my other PC running FSX-SE. Then I'll copy it over.

Thanks,
Pete

I am fairly sure I installed it straight to P3D by manually pointing the installer at it, however, it was a while back, so can't be certain of that. I do have FSX-SE and P3D on my computer, so I might have done it by going to FSX. In any case, it sounds like you got it done.

I really like the looks of the Freeware YBBN airport, however I wonder, is there any way to operate the Jetways? SODE or otherwise? Any way to configure for SODE?

Are you also running ORBX Norway and if so any intergration issues?

I've just had a look at the site and this is the description for the Airports of Norway -

Airports of Norway v3.95 MAIN, for Prepar3D v4 only
Adapted to FTX EU Norway and FTX Global, but can also be used without FTXN. This version of AoN is compiled for Prepar3D v4 only, giving a substantial FPS boost and correct colours for the ground polys.

LKPR - Prague
Other than the lack of moving jetways, I think it gives a great alternative to the payware version.

(Available from http://www.vacc-cz.org/en/airports/lkpr. Scroll down towards end of the page and look for 'LKPR - Scenerie / Scenery - v1.2 for FSX'. It works well in P3D v4).

Check simmershome.de for some excellent freeware scenery. He's going to release Rhodes Intl LGRP today, which will be P3Dv4 native with dynamic lights, custom mesh and LC, and 30cm/pix photoground

Its all for free, but the dev would appreciate a small donation

I've been on this site a few times and all I can say is it has to be the worst site on the PLANET for getting a straight answer how to register and login.

Months trying to get in, You're offering flight sim scenery not secrets to Area 51.

I agree 100%! That site is the worst site I've ever tried to download freeware. I followed all instructions and was not able to download anything.
