June 27, 20178 yr I had GTX980 and I had the same issue. It was one of the reasons why I got the 1080Ti.

June 27, 20178 yr 699.99 is ok for a top of the line graphics card. I paid 830€ here for the 1080ti -.- You guys need to live in Germany for some time, you won't ever complain about hardware prices ever again afterwards :)
