I am particularly interested in comparisons with Orbx Trees, as I already use that product....

Hi guys,

Release announcement

Turbulent Designs is pleased to announce the immediate availability of our latest product, TerraFlora.

TerraFlora completely replaces the default autogen vegetation with incredibly lifelike, high-definition textures covering the entire planet. This will dramatically enrich your flight sim experience by giving you beautiful new environments while maintaining a consistent visual quality anywhere in the world.

TerraFlora is also optimised to run as efficiently as possible, giving you a smooth flight from deserts to farmland to temperate forests to rainforests and everywhere in between.

TerraFlora is now available exclusively from www.turbulentdesigns.co.uk

Cheers,

So am I. That's a key question as a lot of simmer may have Orbx Trees. What's the difference ? How's performance compared with Orbx Trees... etc...

Check my free MSFS sceneries : https://flightsim.to/profile/vbazillio/trending and my hardware configuration.

Looks interesting... but... usually I'm not that cheap, but ... £24.99 is a bit steep for such an addon, to be honest...
Well, at least I'll wait till I see some screenshots or videos of this product.

Best regards,

That's the primary question for me, and how it plays with ORBX sceneries in general and with specific implementation with their airports seasonably.

They would have to significantly improve appearance and performance over ORBX trees. Here is hoping that is so, although I am already satisfied (so far) with what I have.

If Turbulent has created a significantly better product I hope they succeed to raise the bar.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the images. May be I am missing something but with all due respect to the developers, I dont see anything to justify neither the price or the attention this product gets?

Just bought this today and have to admit I like the enhancement effect. No issues with Orbx products nor other sceneries with Prepar V4.

What were you expecting? It's vegetation, a different kind, that looks nice.

i like it. Now all we need is ORBX enhanced autogen buildings! Wonder if that will ever happen?

When Turbulent this time call it "Terra Flora" they hopefully think about "Terra Urban" soon if it sells :)

ORBX announced more than a year ago that they were working on such a thing, but nothing so far. Low priority, I guess...

If Turbulent is able to jump ahead of Orbx on this, they could have a huge hit on their hands...

Where is KINF.  I can not pull up the ICAO?  Thank you
