September 20, 20187 yr Something small like the QW146 and eye candy? Although a little more than just eye candy, I would recommend the Aerosoft CRJ. Also anything Carenado will give you great visuals. Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
September 20, 20187 yr Majestic Dash Q400. IMO the very best aircraft of its size. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).

Imho the Q400 is the best addon plane EVER (it's the only plane I have installed and fly) but er... it's not exactly a plane for someone who is more into eye candy and doesn't want a big plane... When the OP said he doesn't want a 747 I think he wasn't really talking about the size but the ease of use. The Q400 isn't big indeed but it's probably more complicated to fly than a 747. The Q400 really keeps you seriously busy. If the OP wants something smaller and is interested in eye candy (more than in systems) he should either look at Carenado stuff or (if he DOES care about good simulation) one of the A2A GA planes (the Comanche, for instance). BTW As good as the Q400 is, it has quite a few low res textures... Again, I love the plane but it's not exactly an eye candy pleaser. 😉 Edited September 20, 20187 yr by Guest

September 20, 20187 yr Hi Folks, "I am more into eye candy" The aforementioned sims aren't really for the "eye candy" guys - they're study sims... Perhaps something like Carenado's SAAB 340 would be more suited... http://www.carenado.com/sitecarenado/product/s340-fsx-p3d/ Regards, Scott Edited September 20, 20187 yr by scottb613
